I booked and paid for this stay months in advance for a long girls weekend, my reservation was immediately accepted and the funds transferred. It took us over an hour to find the cabin and when we did we couldn't get in. We called the property manager, who initially did not answer. When she called back, she was very rude and said I hadn't signed the rental agreement. Isn't that what VRBO is for? She accepted my money. She was unable to send me said agreement at the time of the call. Took us an extra hour to search my spam email, sign on my phone, send to her, and wait for her to text us back the door code. There's a messaging system in the VRBO app. Despite the fact that I don't think it's even legal to refuse entry to a property I've already paid for, why not send the documents and a message on the app?
