Бюджетный отдых в сентябре :)

Отдыхала в гостиничном комплексе Семейный квартал Русский Дом. Для меня это был неожиданный формат, это не аппартаменты и не гостиница в привычном понимании. Это отдельные пятиэтажные дома с гостиничными номерами, ресепшен один на квартал.Пероснал работает быстро, решает вопросы гостей, но было бы здорово добавить улыбки и чуть больше гостеприимства. Уборка ежедневная. Состояние сантехники в моем номере было на 3. Кондицирнер и холодильник есть, чайника нет. Питание на территории в кафе, за отдельную плату или можно включить завтраки сразу. Бассейн за отдельную плату, экусурсии можно выбрать на ресепшене или на территории комплекса. Общественный транспорт до Олимпийского парка, Адлера и Сочи есть,но обязательно надо изучить время в пути и маршруты, иначе можно ехать бесконечно. Пляж каменистый, лучше сразу купить специальную обувь в пляжном магазине за 300 руб. Отличная набережная для вечерних прогулок, пробежек, катаний на самокатах. Кафе и ресторанов на набережной много, с любым меню и чеком. Красивые фото точно будут :)

неделя отдыха на море

Внешне очень милые кварталы, но номера и их обслуживание хромает. У нас в номере было не продумано расположение и количество розеток. Рядом с одной кроватью они были, а с другой нет. Ночник не куда было воткнуть и телефон зарядить тоже. Удлинитель нам не дали. Также в комнате не было ежедневной уборки. Только выбрасывали мусор. Не было места чтоб сушить пляжные вещи, хотя в первую очередь отель пляжный. Ну и сам номер очень повидавший. Плюс белое постельное и его меняли через 3 дня, полотенца тоже белые и меняли и кулер с водой стоит на первом этаже. В номере кстати нет чайника

Номер одиночный, удобная кровать, но ковёр весь в пятнах, пыль вытирали редко. Белье меняли как положено, приносили чистые полотенца. Попросила сменить номер, отказали. В сложной ситуации не помогли. Писала жалобу на персонал. Ожидала лучшего сервиса, не получилось. За такие большие деньги можно найти отель лучше и ближе к морю! Одна столовая, куда я даже не заходила. Искала в дали от отеля где покушать. На пляже грязно, мусор почти не убирали, бар на пляже странный. Три раза покупала кофе, одно и тоже, и три раза взяли разную плату, на вопрос "почему - не ответили. Профессионалов в этом отеле я не видела. Куча людей которые мало знакомы с правилами сервиса!

Отдых на Русском Юге

Хорошая территория комплекса, ухоженная и чистая, пляж чистый. Имеются в аренду шезлонги и зонтики. На территории много кафе и столовых, на любой вкус и кошелек. Номера приличные, мебель новая. С собой лучше взять чайник, так как в номере тока холодильник, утюг есть на этажах общий, так же есть кулер с водой.

Отдых на троечку.

Отдых с ребёнком. Расположение, близость к пляжу нормальное. Но уборка проводилась всего один раз за 8 дней, после того, как была написана жалоба. Звукоизоляции никакой. Отлично слышно, что говорят и делают люди в соседнем номере. Обидно платить за лежаки 500 руб. Ещё и не найти свободный. Спуск в море можно было бы оборудовать. Очень тяжело заходить и выходить. Особенно, когда есть проблемы с суставами. В общем, скорее бы открыли курорты зарубежные. В этот отель точно не вернусь...
