Amazing villa
We arrived in the late evening and woke up to the most beautiful valley you could imagine. The farmers across the valley drove their sheep and goats to the lower pasture daily - never failed to entertain our kids! Plenty of space for the kids to play, and the serenity of the valley was just perfect. Beautiful trails nearby for hiking, and the communication with the hosts was always prompt, clear and easy going! Can’t recommend it enough.

Beautiful villa
We have recently returned home after a week stay at Stephanie Villa. The villa was absolutely stunning and equipped with everything, and more, that we could ever have needed for our family. Which, included 4 adults and 3 children age 1,3 and 9. The villa is set in the most beautiful grounds , with the nearest amenities a short drive away. The pool, and garden were perfect for the children to enjoy safely. The Villa itself was very clean , with more enough towels and linen provided for the whole family. The BBQ was great for enjoying a family lunch , whilst the villa provided many areas of shaded seating for the little ones to enjoy. With Paphos only a 40 min car journey away , we enjoy trips out , taking in the breath taking scenery on the way. Katerina was the perfect host with great communication. We arrived in the evening to a welcome hamper including everything we needed. This was a huge relief as it meant we didint have to rush to the shop to get essentials. Thank you Katerina, we will definitely be returning next year!

Outstanding villa, location and communication
We stayed for 2 weeks with 7 adults, and 1 child. The villa Itself was set in a beautiful location and had everything we needed and more, the pool Was just amazing with a shallow end for the children and was where we probably spent the most of our time with the temperature being so high. The communication with Caterina was brilliant, her husband was just as good and came out when needed, he even brought us cake and prepared us some fruit of the trees surrounding the villa! Couldn’t have asked for more! The villa was about 15-20 mins drive to the local shops, it took a few days to get used to driving through the mountains, but the views from the villa and the driving were amazing ! It’s a very peaceful location. Although the sat nav always seemed to take us down difficult roads to navigate! I would highly recommend this villa wether it be for a relaxing getaway or more of an adventurous holiday. We done a lot of Different activities whilst In Cyprus, everything was in maximum 40 minute drive, would recommend the quad safari with STS MOTOS in Latchi and the self drive boat hire with latchi water sports. It was actually Our best holiday so far, and we’ve stayed in Cyprus before. Thank you to Caterina and her husband for making our Holiday a memorable one!

The villa host could not have been more helpful and very easy to communicate with. Very good set up and layout with lots of indoor and outdoor space to relax and for the children to play. Its a little far out from anything you can pop to but if you dont mind a car ride out for dinners and day trips than it has everything else you need.

Wow could not fault the villa, the pool or Katerina. Nothing was too much trouble for this host . The villa was equipped with everything you could want on holiday. The children had a fantastic time on all the play equipment in the garden .

Fantastic!
We spent a wonderful week at Stephanie Villa. The house is lovely and very well equipped for self catering accommodation. Katerina is extremely responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. The pool heating is expensive but we made the most of it and our kids absolutely loved it. The house is very well equipped for children (though a stair gate would have come in handy). Would highly recommend this villa to large groups, especially those with children. The only downside was not being walking distance to any amenities but this is obviously not the fault of the owner!

We had such a lovely time in this villa. The views and local area are stunning. The pool is a great size, and the garden is so lovely with lots of fun things for kids to play on - slides and swing and trampoline and space to kick a football around. The house is spacious and clean. We had a wonderful week!

Villa Stephanie was glorious - the pictures don’t do it justice. Very peaceful, beautiful view, the pool and poolside area are lovely and the house is comfortable and well-equipped. Katerina’s communication was prompt and friendly - we would love to come back!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location!
The property is large, well equipped and in a wonderful and private location with spectacular views over the hills. We loved the large covered veranda that had more than enough space for all of us to eat and relax without constantly needing to shuffle furniture around. The pool level is flush with the edge so its filtering all the leaves and blossoms out without needing to be skimmed which is great. We used the large and conveniently located BBQ a lot and there were plenty of griddles, cages and skewers. The host was wonderfully responsive and helped us with several enquiries and requests both before and during our stay. The only downside is that its near a busy access road for a quarry and the lorries start early in the morning. Easily solved with ear plugs though. Car is a must have due to its secluded location. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Lovely views and as great house
With lovely views you are more remote, so need a car. The house was great for the 7 of us, loads of space. We took our chances with the weather in Feb, so a big house to heat on the colder days, but don’t see this a problem most of the year. The owners were really helpful from welcome pack to the chats we had. The local village has a great restaurant, it was like being in someone’s front room, food was great and no one could do enough for us.

Best Holiday ever
We were a family of 13 people including kids. The property was exactly as described, the welcoming package was great and well appreciated after the long trip. Katerina has thought of everything from pool games to children toys, the kitchen was well equipped and the Villa was very clean Ithe location is perfect between Paphos and Lachi so it is very convenient Thx for a great holiday .

Peaceful Scenic Villa
Had a week stay here and it was wonderful. There was a family of 8 and the villa is plenty big enough for more. It is a lovely secluded spot for those looking to get away from it all, very peaceful and fantastic views. We stayed in late April and whilst the wind could be a little chilly, a small amount of pool heating meant this was no problem - so the pool heating was a big bonus. Kids loved the park area and picking fruits from the surrounding orange trees to make fresh juice. The Villa is surrounded by a perimeter fence and secure gates and so is perfect for wandering toddlers!

Perfect place with great surroundings. Ideal for big family
It was nice stay in the beautiful and spacious villa, surrounded with orange trees among the country side hills. The villa is well equipped and good maintained with all the necessary stuff that you might be ever in need, while on holiday. The heated swimming pool is in very good shape, crystal clear water, lights, sunbeds, etc. with nice views around. Unfortunately, we were caught by cold weather with tough rains and strong winds, so we had to heat water intensively and it was really a costly exercise due to LPG consumption.we had. All the rest was fine and I strongly recommend this place for a calm relax in Cyprus.

The villa is gorgeous, rooms are all spacious, light and airy. Very well equipped, especially if you have young children. The covered area outdoors was perfect for relaxing, we spent most of our time outside. The pool was too cold for us to use unfortunately. This villa is perfect for large family groups.

Perfect Villa, stunning ,peaceful
We stayed in May 2018, 6 adults and 2 children and it was fantastic. Had everything you need even kids toys a plenty. Internet is great, it’s not far to drive anywhere you want to go. Kids loved picking the oranges out of tree. Everyone is happy to go stay there again on out next trip!! I recommended to a few friends already.

An Exceptional Villa in a fantastic location.
We have just returned from a fortnights stay at the Villa Stephanie which offers exceptional facilities and wonderful views in a more rural location. That being said we were only 15 minutes away from Polis and 25 from Pafos. The village of Simou is only a couple of miles away as are number of local restaurants/tavernas offering a good variety of menus. Speaking of the villa itself, what more could one ask for? Four double bedrooms, all ensuite, and a number of reception rooms where you could relax and spend some peaceful time on your own if you wanted to. Outside the facilities were just as good, if not better...... A good sized pool, which George prides himself in maintaining to the highest possible standards, and which we couldn't fault. A shallow end for the younger guests and plenty of space around the pool for sun loungers ,etc. The gardens were a delight and the veranda was a welcome shaded area during the hottest part of the day. A large balacony on the first floor which gives breathtaking views of the area and the opportunity to view spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The Villa was equipped to an exceptional standard and you really do have everything that you might need... a real home from home. The photographs do not really do the Villa justice and I would suggest that George and Katerina update the photos to show your fantastic villa in its true glory. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Stephanie and hopefully will return in the near future. Thank you George & Katerina.

Villa parfaite dans un endroit très calme
Nous étions 2 familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants) et nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans cette villa! Elle est parfaitement équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien (il y a même les serviettes de bain pour la piscine). Katerina et Georges se sont montrés très disponibles et particulièrement gentils. Aucun défaut mais il faut juste savoir que la ville la plus proche (Polis) est à 20 minutes en voiture pour les courses et autres services.

Stephanie Villa is great!
We had a perfect stay at the Villa. Katerina and her husband were very helpfull. Really nice views from the veranda and we enjoyed the heated pool every day even at the end of october. It`s around 20 min from Polis and 45 min from Paphos so car is recommended.

Perfekter Familienurlaub!
Katerina, die Gastgeberin war sowohl vor als auch während des Aufenthaltes stets bemüht rasch alle Anfragen zu beantworten. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Das Außenbereich mit überdachter Terrasse sowie der Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Es sind "nur" die Schlafzimmer klimatisiert, nicht jedoch die Küche bzw. der Wohnbereich.

Wir haben alle den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Alles Top gepflegt, ein sehr schönes Anwesen. Die Abende auf der großen Terrasse haben wir genossen. Ein Herrlicher Ausblick ins Umland. Für uns perfekte Ruhe. Einfach wunderbar. Leider kann man nur 5 Sterne vergeben. ich werde die vila auch im Freundeskreis weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr groß, alles ist sauber und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Größe, jedes Zimmer ist mit Abstand zum anderen und hat ein eigenes Bad. Alle Fenster lassen sich verdunkeln und es gibt genügend Stauraum. Im Außenbereich hat uns die große Terrasse sehr gefallen, da die Kinder so auch den ganzen Tag lang schattige Plätze zum Spielen hatten. Der große Pool und der grüne Garten sind natürlich auch ein Highlight. Positiv hat uns überraschten, dass nach einer Woche neue Handtücher, Bettwäsche und sogar Badevorleger gebracht wurden. In der umgebend gibt es viele Obst- und Gemüsefelder. Ein kleines Manko sind die ab und an abends fahrenden Traktoren, die die Felder bestellen, aber unser Sohn war tagsüber mehr als begeistert diese zu beobachten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert und jede Antwort, ob vor oder während dem Aufenthalt, kam innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter. / We were very satisfied. The house is very big, everything is clean and feels very comfortable. We particularly liked the size, each room is at a distance from the other and has its own bathroom. All windows can be darkened and there is plenty of storage space. In the outside area we really liked the large terrace, as it gave the children shady places to play all day long. The large pool and the green garden are of course also a highlight. We were positively surprised that new towels, bed linen and even bath rugs were brought after a week. There are many fruit and vegetable fields in the area. A small drawback are the tractors running in the evening, but our son was more than enthusiastic to watch them during the day. Communication with the owner was very straightforward and every answer, whether before or during the stay, came within a very short time. We are happy to recommend the house to others.

Nous venons de passer une semaine très agréable dans la maison de Katerina. Nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants et tout était là pour notre confort. Le cadre est magnifique, la maison très spacieuse et très propre ainsi que la piscine. Katerina a tout fait pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de trouver tout ce qu'il fallait pour un bon petit déjeuner. Un grand merci à Katerina et à sa Mamam. Schlechte Stimmung im Urlaub
Die Villa ist hervorragend. Wenn der Lärm darum herum nicht wäre. Hunde bellen und jaulen direkt nebenan mitten in der Nacht. Man wird jedenfalls geweckt. Schlimmer ist das Aggregat auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Tals, das jeden 2.Tag bis in die Nacht durch das Tal dröhnt. An einschlafen ist dann nicht zu denken. Hinzu kommt der ständige Verkehr mit Landmaschinen. Man blickt von der Terrasse direkt auf den dazugehörigen Bauernhof. Vielleicht ist das in anderen Monaten anders. Es scheint jetzt im Oktober Erntezeit zu sein. Schade, bis auf den Lärm waren wir sehr zufrieden.
