お気に入りです
このホテルはシエナに来るときは必ず利用させていただいていますが、なんといってもバス停が近くて、とても便利です。また、部屋もとても綺麗で、今回は初めて1階の外(プライベートエリア？)に出られるお部屋でした。喫煙者の私は、今までエントランスの喫煙所まで行っていたので、部屋から出ずに外の椅子に座ってのんびり一服できたのでまさに極楽でした。

とても快適
街の中心部からは少し離れている静かな場所で、心地よかったです。最寄りの駅もタクシーですぐの所にあり、とても便利でした。また、朝食も美味しかったです。

駅から少し離れていますがお勧めです
シエナ駅から離れているので移動手段のない方には少し不便です．移動は基本タクシーです．ただし部屋はきれいで，スタッフもフレンドリーで親切でした．

Eramos tres adultos en la habitación. La tercera cama era para un niño, no para un adulto. No se podía regular la temperatura en la habitación. La calefacción estaba muy alta y tuvimos que abrir la ventana. Desyuno poca calidad y variedad. Poco personal para atender en el comedor.

Albergo situato a pochi passi dall’ospedale di Siena e perciò molto comodo per chi ha l’esigenza di essere lì. Ristorante invece sicuramente da migliorare. In generale comunque tutto ok.

Unfortunately, my only recourse for a bad experience "out the gate" is to leave a bad review here. I made a reservation several days in advance - clicked book, and immediately realized that I had accidentally entered an extra day than I meant to. I wrote to ex pedia to try to correct the situation within 5 minutes of making the mistake, and they reached out to the property on my behalf. They could not refund or all me to cancel. I tried calling the property myself, thinking that if I spoke to another human, they might understand the mistake better. The woman I spoke with was very kind and sympathetic, but told me there was nothing to do, and that I had to p ay for the extra night. Definitely disappointing, for all parties, I'm sure.

Venlig og hjælpsom personale. Ligger et godt stykke fra centrum. Bus går fra hoveddøren hver 20 min, men bil nok påkrævet. Morgenmadsbuffet er middel.

L'hotel si trova in linea d'aria vicino alla stazione, è collegato bene (anche con il centro città) con degli autobus che fermano davanti. Bella camera e staff gentile, giusto la cabina doccia potrebbe essere migliore

O Hotel esta em reforma, mas o que foi incomodo foi o colchão. Afundava e dava dor nas costas horrível. Já que o conforto de um colchão é essencial. Talvez vão trocar somente a reforma do hotel.

Il personale dell’hotel ci ha accolto calorosamente fin da subito, ma l’hotel esternamente era molto vecchio, lo stesso vale per la camera: non vi erano prese vicino al letto e una delle luci non era funzionante. Uno dei motivi principali per il quale avevamo prenotato era la presenza di una camera dotata di vasca, che all’arrivo non abbiamo trovato. La posizione è molto comoda poiché è presente una fermata di bus davanti alla struttura, ma nel sito non è specificato che gli stessi bus passano fino alle 20 e le uniche soluzioni per raggiungere l’hotel dopo le 20 sono: taxi o una “passeggiatina” di 45 minuti circa, che di sera, non conoscendo il luogo, non è l’ideale. Inoltre le camere non sono insonorizzate, in quanto la mattina presto ci hanno svegliato i rumori di altri ospiti e delle signore delle pulizie. In ogni caso le receptionists sono state entrambe molto cordiali e disponibili, seppur siamo usciti 20 minuti dopo l’ora prevista dal check-out. Infine, errore nostro, non si è considerato il rumore incessante delle ambulanze, essendo la struttura vicino un policlinico. Struttura mediocre, ma l’hotel non vale nè il prezzo nè 4 stelle.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en nuestra estancia de tres noches, el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, aunque está localizado a las afueras del centro histórico de Siena, pero hay una parada de autobús en la entrada del hotel que te comunica en muy poco tiempo con el centro de Siena. El inconveniente es que no hay restaurantes cercanos. El cuarto es amplio con un pequeño cuarto con closet para la tercera cama (el colchón de la tercera cama estaba muy blando para mi guato). El baño bueno con una pequeña regadera. El servicio de comida muy buena tanto en el desayuno como la cena.

Très bon hôtel, du confort de la chambre au petit déjeuner et de l'accueil du personnel tout à été parfait. Un plus là réception vend des tickets de bus (l'arrêt se trouve juste devant l'hôtel) qui nous permet de visiter tranquillement Sienne en laissant la voiture au parking.

Everything was great. The area is quiet and safe. Nice surrounding. Room was clean and spacious. Nice bathroom with nice design. Great breakfast for 10euro per person. Everyone was too friendly and kind. 10 min by car from Siena's centre. Recommended.

We were in town for a wedding. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent and the staff were cordial. Our room was warmer then we’d like even at the coolest temperature setting, it never got close to 23 degrees Celsius. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Hotel é muito bom mas o ar condicionado não gelava. Eles até deixaram um cartão o dia inteiro mesmo quando não estávamos no quarto para o ar continuar ligado mas mesmo assim não esfriava.

Péssimo café da manhã.
Tudo bom. Exceto o café fada manhã, com preço de 10 euros por pessoa, deixou muito a desejar. Além de não ter nem a metade das coisas que estão nas fotos, o pior é que a gente não se serve. Existe uma só pessoa para repor e servir os hóspedes é uma para recolher a louça e limpar as mesas. O que não teria muito problema se na fossem os grupos, três ônibus todas as três noites em que estávamos hospedados. Um horror de gente para pouquíssimos funcionários.

Veramente Ottimo
Oramai sono molteplici volte che soggiorno presso questo hotel, per motivi personali inerenti al fatto che è vicinissimo al Ospedale di Siena, è un ottimo hotel, buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale veramente eccellente, professionale, cordiale, gentile e preparato. Buono anche il ristorante sia per cenare che per l'ottima ed abbondante colazione. Situato fuori dal centro storico di Siena che comunque è facilmente raggiungibile sia con mezzi propri che con mezzi pubblici.
