Excellent Hotel
An excellent mid-sized hotel with a nice garden and pool, excellent staff and customer service, and within short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommend for short of long term stays.

Lovely oasis in Siem Reap
Lovely place to stay in Siem Reap. Good clean rooms and premises. Lovely service from staff. A couple different local and western choices for breakfast, all decent. Away from the bustle of the centre of town but easily walkable to it and lots of restaurants and services too. Arranged for all the tours at the reception, reasonably priced. Easy to get a tuk tuk from right outside as well.

Of the four hotels I’ve stayed at in Siem Reap, this one is the absolute best. The staff are all wonderful and cheerful and eager to help out. I stayed there with my mother, both had a room and both rooms were spectacular and extremely clean, no bugs and everything worked great. Showers were hot, aircon worked well, beds were comfortable. This is by far the best value deal in Siem Reap in the boutique hotels. You get tremendous personal service and the breakfast is included and really good. We did the sunrise tour of Angkor watt and the hotel packed us a breakfast, of all the people on the tour ours was the only hotel to do so. They mailed a postcard for us and gave us a gift when we left, pool was great and comfortable. It’s a little oasis in Siem Reap and I would strongly recommend staying here over other similar priced establishments.

Small is sometimes good and sometimes not so good.
Lovely little boutique hotel only a mile or so from Pub Street, but off the beaten path. The service persons were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast provided was tasty and they would prepare pretty much whatever you wanted. However, there was no hot coffee, and orders were painfully slow due to how small the kitchen area was. They could really only service one person at a time, maybe one table at a time when business was slow. If breakfast had lots of propel trying to eat, there just wasn’t room nor enough help for our waiter. The room was clean but very tight and there was no place to unpack anything so we used our suitcases like a dresser. The price was reasonable, but I’d find a hotel with more room if you have suitcases and need a little room. The pool was also very small and there were insufficient chaises - only 4 - so the early risers had them staked out ahead of time. They presented all members of our travel party with nice gingham scarves upon checkout.

This is a cute, little boutique hotel about 1km from city center. It is not opulent or luxurious like a 5 star but very clean, comfortable and quiet. I often prefer that type of environment. The surrounding area has a number of excellent restaurants as well. We met 6 or so of the staff repeatedly. They are young, energetic and very happy to assist you wherever possible. Everyone tries very hard to make the business a success. If you enjoy the small hotels and that sort of experience give this a try!

LOVED IT!! Our room was a stone throw from the pool (1002). Such friendly and helpful staff. Really comfy beds and pillows. $1/$2 tuktuk to pub street and bus station. Lovely breakfast and atmosphere. Felt very safe and would most definitely return :)

Fantastic place.
This is truly a fabulous small boutique hotel. Walkable in to pub street. The staff were amazing. The pool very nice on a hot day around town. The beds really comfy. Hard to find anything that wasn’t just perfect. I would highly recommend and would return.

Fantastic Little Hotel
We had a fantastic 3 nights at Residence 101. The staff were all really nice. Every time we saw any of them, they'd stand up and greet us. Room was not big but it was well decorated and very clean. Only thing to note is that the shower and toilet have an opaque glass door, so there's not much privacy when showering or taking a dump. Travelled with my partner so it was perfectly fine for me. A short ride to the town center by tuk tuk costs only about $1 or so, or else is a 15-minute walk. There's no lift but the staff helped us with our bags up the stairs. The poolside area is fantastic, as was the breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel and come back if we're ever in Siem Reap again.

The room is clean and quiet even though is situated close to the road. Staffs are friendly and attentive. We were greeted with warm smile and a glass of welcome cocktail when checking into the hotel. Cosy living...Definitely would go back there....

There were a couple of minor issues with the room but the Reception staff got it fixed fast. Friendly staff . Small place but perfect for people who want quiet and peace after temple or Pub Street excursions. Georges Rhumerie restaurant is just opposite- a great place for food and rum. A must visit ! Will book this hotel next time I want a solo break.

We had a very good stay. We arrived in the morning and they let us checked in early. They gave us a welcome drink. Every time we got out they had cold water and cold towels ready for us. Their breakfast buffet is limited but it was ok. Everyone was very very nice. They arranged a taxi for us to the airport. And when we were leaving they gave us a scarf as a souvernir.

This hotel is awesome. Once I have arrived (they accepted me for early check-in), they have driver to pick me up from the airport. Then a warm welcome from well-trained staffs with a welcome drink and fruits. Once I entered the room, it was very tidy, well furnished and provided with essential daily-use tools. Surprisingly, they have some decorations of my name shown on the bed! On the next day, I have reserved a spa treatment with their associated spa centre. The therapist arrived on time and came up to my room to provide the service. It is extremely relaxing and the hotel even offered a 25% off! Breakfast is served every day with American style and Asian style. Portion is very large too for tourists to fulfill energy for a long travelling day! The swimming pool is tropical and clean with a bar nearby to provide cool drinks. Overall, this hotel is very much excellent in all aspects! Highly recommended!

Will definitely come back.
I'm a Marriott snob and even i thought this place was well worth it. Friendly staff, CLEAN rooms, COLD air conditioning, the restaurant is nice, pool has a private feel to it. Bed is a bit hard, but i don't go on vacation to live in hotels.

Loved our stay here, would stay again.
Nice hotel, with and a very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is small overall which we liked, and the room was nice/modern, spacious, and in good condition, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area is nice for relaxation and having a couple drinks on a hot afternoon. Would definitely stay here again if we go to Siem Reap. The only downside to this hotel is that it's kind of dark at night around the hotel and the road it's on is not great for walking down due to some light car and motorbike traffic. It is only a 10 minute walk into the heart of town tough, so not bad.

Great place, lovely staff
The staff at the hotel were so lovely and helpful. The pool was a great place to relax after a hot day out. We were very comfortable in our room and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommended!

We stayed there during our honeymoon trip. All the staff members were very nice and kind, always smiling and happy to help. Offered welcome drinks upon our arrival and fresh water and a gift when we waited for the tuk tuk they found for us for the airport. They also put a note with the money I have forgot in my laundry. Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Located next to Georges Rhumerie, walkable distance to Sombai liquor, and a quick tuk tuk ride to the market and city centre (5500 riel ride 1.12$). The food and drinks at the hotel are good as well

The employees were very friendly and accomodating. Our day for Angkor Wat was facilitated through them. The pool is lovely and there is great restaurants near by.

Great location, service, and atmosphere
This hotel has such amazing service. It was so nice I extended! When you check in you are greeted with a fresh juice and a cold towel. Once you arrive to your room, someone knocks on your door and gives you a complimentary plate of fresh fruit. Their breakfast has many options (I ate an omelet and fruit every day, but you can also get a range of other things including rice soup, noodles, pancakes, French toast, yougury, etc). The staff is incredibly friendly and because the hotel isn’t that big you really get attended to quickly.

The location is perfect, only a few minutes TukTuk or 15 minutes walking distance to the town centre. Our triple room is big and comfy. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residence 101. The staff was warm and thoughtful. The hotel is beyond clean. The food at their restaurant was great. No complaints. However, if you do book here, you will need to tell them to service your room, otherwise it will be as you left it.
