A small boutique hotel with a nice pool and restaurant. The staff were amazing, the rooms spacious and clean, and the food in the restaurant was very good. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. They kindly allowed my early check-in. It is ideal for folks who is looking for quiet surroundings since it is located away from the downtown Siem Reep. If you're looking for closer to all the shopping and the dining, this may not be the one for you. We enjoyed our dining experience in the hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel with wonderful staff and the food is good. The hotel is clean and really good service. Everything is really nice. However, do not expect hotel grandeur as this is a small property. So if you’re used to hotels with hundreds of rooms, then this is not the place to stay. Stay here if you like warm and cozy feels and if you don’t want to be in the centre of the hustle and bustle of the town

The hotel would have gotten a higher rating if they had a gym as advertised on the website. Also we found finger nail clippings on the bedside table which was kinda disgusting. The area around the hotel is not walkable to anything. But you can get a grab or Tuk-Tuk easily.

The staff was so lovely and happy. There were a few quirky things about the property like a huge jump off point off the back deck off the restaurant and the menu covered up items no longer available. I would recommend daily printed menus or putting the menu on a chalkboard but the food was delicious.

Great hotel while staying in Siem Reap
The staff was exceptional, shout outs to Smith & Thomas, but really the entire staff were great. The room was very nice, the pool great & the restaurant was excellent. The stone bathtub was awesome & well worth taking the time for a bath at least once during your stay. While the location is away from the main part of town, it’s very quiet & a quick, inexpensive tuk tuk ride into town. I highly recommend Grand Venus La Residence.

I absolutely loved my stay at Grand Venus. The staff are exceptional: kind and helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. From Thomas and Meng’s graceful checkin and facilitation of tuk tuk drivers, to the delicious cooking of me Roth and ms Kong and mr Tong at the restaurant, I’ve been blown away by their kindness. I recommend staying in room 216:) or one of the lower rooms on the same side as they are the most quiet.

The property has a beautiful pool and the in house restaurant had nice options when you didn’t want to go out. Quick service to the markets. Centrally located to the temples.

Hidden Gem near Angkor Wat. What an astonishing swimming pool lays in front of room! This is amazing and staff is very attentive and tells us details about Angkor Wat tour. I got an upgrade of Cabana Suite Access and my partner and I did enjoy the bathtub. Thank Lucky and Thomas! Highly recommended with big swimming pool

Our stay at Grand Venus was enjoyable and comfortable. The staff is very nice and goes out of their way to help. The room was clean but a couple of things like the nightstand or the shower head could have used a bit of repair. Nothing major though! The value is great and the pool very enjoyable.

I stayed for 5 nights. It feels remote, but it’s not really. It’s very quiet, lots of birds and chittering from animals. Just can’t beat it for a pleasant experience. Food was excellent!

Grandiose Venus
Hotel location a little off the beaten path but a true oasis it is. Beautifull modern architecture, combined with lush landscape foliage throughout, encasing an Olympic sized pool. Rooms spacious and well adorned. Restaurant: great service. Food average. Best of all, an exceptional staff. Lucky and others should be highly commended. Will return on next trip.

Staff were super kind and helpful. They always helped to arrange transport and I am eternally grateful they stored my bag and let me take a shower after my Angkor Wat tour even though I checked out already. Room was clean. Pool is nice. Very close to Ankor Wat and a short tuk tuk ride anywhere else.

Absolutely top class hospitality! The hotel is beautiful, the pool is lovely, the pool has plenty of sunny and shady spots to sit throughout the day, the restaurant is excellent and the room is comfortable, clean and beautiful. What makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Lucki and Thomas and the other gentlemen who I forget his name, from the moment I arrived made me feel so welcome and taken care of. They are so sweet and kind. I have stayed at seven other hotels during this trip to Cambodia and nothing else came close. The location is about an 80 cents - 1 dollar tuk tuk rode in to town. I loved the location, close to Angkor Watt. It’s so quiet and peaceful and was a great retreat to spend a few hours each day recovering from temple tours or the hustle and bustle of the busy town. Sorr Oun and Chantra were also so attentive providing welcome drinks on arrival and a refreshing ice tea after a hot tiring day at the temples. Lucki helped me organise a temple trip tour guide and tuk tuk, Thomas sorted me my laundry and dinner reservations, I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you want to go experience true Cambodian hospitality! I was so sad to leave.

Amazing hotel for such great prices. Totally isolated and right near angkor watt. Staff were super happy and responsive. Would do anything for you. Highly recommend. So sad tourism has taken a hit in Cambodia.

Great hidden away hotel in Siem Reap
Great hidden away pearl of a hotel. Five minutes from the center of Siem Reap (three dollar taxi) and ten dollars from the airport. Quiet inside the complex with a large swimming pool but with the local hustle and bustle around the corner. The staff could not have been more courteous, especially when we got back from our Angkor Wat tour soaked in sweat to collect our luggage and they generously allowed us to us one of their rooms to shower and change in. They even refused to accept any money for that! Throughly recommend the hotel, especially at the incredible low price at the moment.

Good experience. Room A/C is not great and the property can get noisy at night. The hotel is about a 10 minute ride from the main areas of Siem Reap, but is easy to get to and a good stay.

This Shangri-La, is a short tok-tok ride away from everything! The pool is beautiful! The shower is a large well tiled separate room. I can't speak to food, kitchen had not open yet. Covid reopening soon.

Great place!
The Grand Venus was such a great place. It felt like paradise. It is very close to the airport and Angkor Wat. The staff are all very friendly and helpful with any request you might have. My friends and I had most of our meals there but if you wanted to venture out, the staff has suggestions or if you find a place you want to try, they will call a tuk tuk for you. I highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful boutique hotel close to Angkor Wat. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff is friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Siem Reap. Will be back next time!

At the center of the main tourist attractions. All the hotel staffs were dedicated and really look after your memorable stay. Special mention are Emily and Susie, the front desk manager and staff. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Perfect. Amazing and so on!! I’m a well seasoned traveler and i can compare this hotel to anywhere. Exception service, very comfortable. I like that this is a small place. No long corridors or elevators. Sweet courtyard and pool. Very good made to order breakfasts and buffet.

This hotel was wonderful. It was not too big or small. It was very clean. The pool was awesome at the center of the property and stayed open till 10pm for a late dip. The shower was fantastic - waterfall head. Great balcony. Staff was incredibly friendly.
