Hotel was ok and location was walkable to town, we didn't use transport but it would only be $1 to the river. The last 200m is a bit dark at night if you're a single traveller. Included breakfast was good. Our main problem was on 1st floor our balcony door mechanism was so flimsy, you can't lock the door, and you can easily walk across to the other balconies. I would ask for 2nd floor. And the safe was not bolted in. They fixed the safe immediately but couldn't get door fixed until next day. We ended up wedging it. Pool was nice. Staff were very attentive and spoke English very well. They don't answer Expedia messages promptly.

Great service!
Wonderful hotel, clean rooms. Pool was lovely. Hotel let us have a room after we checked out to get ready for for our flight and gave us a packed dinner to go for the journey. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was so nice and accommodating. Room was nice sized and clean. Walkable to many areas of the city. Downside, horrible water pressure but might not just be the hotel.

Looks amazing, pool is lovely, and staff are super helpful. However, the rooms are shoddy, cockroach was seen (although this is SE Asia) and we were bitten a bit by apparent bugs. Sheets weren't very clean either.

Comfortable and relaxing
Good location, near Pub Street and local restaurants. Nice swimming pool with Swim-up bar. Room is comfortable, good amenities provided and they did a welcome folding towel art with my name which was a nice touch.

booked two more nights after 1 night was not enough. The room are awesome, very clean. Beds are firm. staff helpful and friendly, the main attraction was the pool such a delight after a hot day.

Undoubtedly the best location for being some meters only away from the main road, hence peaceful stay along with all amenities. The Old Market and Pub Street are at a walking distance only. The staff is very polite and helpful for all the concerns. I would prefer again if I visit Siem Reap in the future.

A short walk away to the town

Friendly and helpful staff, great location
Every staff we met was very friendly and willing to help us during our stay. No boring, the hotel is located in the quiet area and quite near the night market just a few minutes away. The missing of an elevator was not a problem for us, and the astonishing pool made our holiday perfect until checking out.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you have not booked a tour to Angkor Wat, you can wait and have the hotel help you. They can help you line up several options. They have a free airport pick up service. So I will highly recommend for budget travelers.

There was some issue with my pick-up when I arrived at Siem Reap but the hotel staffs were very sincere and offered a free transfer for me when I depart so I was very thankful for that. Overall, a great experience and a pretty good location! It’s just a 10minutes walk from the happening Pub Street and Market Street so I saved some money on transport to and fro most of the time! Nice facilities as well, just be prepared to climb stairs as there’s no lift in the hotel.

Subpar standards but stellar service at the end
The first night left a bad taste in our mouth. The moment the door opened, we saw that the room was not up to the expected standards based on reviews and ratings (a. 32" TV was ~32cm; b. toilet had conditioner and soap but not shampoo; c. was told that the hotel does not provide hair dryer when requested; d. no hot water in the mixer). Taking reference from the hotel's replies to other unsatisfactory reviews here, we raised the issues with the hotel and requested for a room change. They were very reluctant and the way the lady put it was very rude (i.e. "you want to change room just for the TV?!") We eventually got our room change and it was way better. Even the difference in the bed quality can be felt. However, we spotted cockroach nymphs a number of times in the toilet and the TV console. Maybe it's from the straw deco. The hot water mixer in our replacement room was also very erratic. It goes from cold to very hot within seconds, and back again. Might be a leaky cold water inflow to it. The hotel should really do a comprehensive QC on their rooms. However, stellar service at the end as the staff offered us a complimentary room just for us to bathe before our overnight bus. We were in a rush so we rejected it. Nonetheless, the gesture was very heartwarming.

The staff there made me surprised
They are friendly, helpful and one important thing is they are knowledgeable about Siemreap. All the places they recommended us for going around, having Khmer food or drink cocktails are wonderful. They love their job and their culture.

Fabulous location- off the main drag but a short walk to all tourist. The rooms were large and airy with comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The buffet breakfast is really yummy and the swimming pool with a bar with sunbeds. Really good value hotel with excellent friendly staff. I would recommend and would definitely stay there again!!!

A surprising hotel in Siem Reap
It's great hospitality at a very competitive price. the staff was so responsive and helpful. very comfortable room and bed. reasonably price food. Hotel location is set to a close distance walk to center.the drivers are available all the time. Recommend this hotel for a visit.

Amazing accommodation in Siem Reap, must not miss it. Welcoming staff and very accommodation. Overall Very friendly staff who made me feel so welcome. Room very spacious, clean, tidy and comfortable. Lovely staff, wonderful Place to stay
The hotel is in a very good location, a short walk from the river, nice restaurants, small bars, and the main tourist sites. The rooms are simple but clean. The front desk staff were delightful, the restaurant staff was all also very pleasant and accommodating. A big thank you to everyone!

I felt so special while entering a lovely large room with a comfortable bed and very clean. Honestly, I never stayed in a hotel where the staff is so friendly like this. Seang gave lots of information about things to do in Siem Reap and organized it all for me as well,

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, they booked bus tickets to us and helped us to plan our trip to the Temples and Kulen Mountain. Hotel was clean as well as the room and equipment’s, and pool was nice. Food was good and there were many food choices to choose from. I would definitely come again.

Hot water was luke warm at best in the sink only. The shower only had cold water. Building was old, TV in room was 1990s model, and mattress was hard with indent on side where most slept.

We are surely ok with hot water so far. If you let's us know then we surely check and fix it for you. Also about TV we also have flat screen TV to change. all room the not old version TV, just some remain. And about mattress we also have soft bed sheet to stand by in case guest not like hard. As so far some guest want hard and some want soft. So what we can do is stand by the soft one when guest need. We wish we could know your issue and then to could serve you better service as well.

We had a wonderful time.
The staff is very friendly and professional. Our room was much bigger than expected and very comfortable. Rooms get cleaned every day. The breakfast was fantastic. We could choose from a menu. The pool is really nice.

Exceeded our expectations. The customer care was superb. The front desk staff were polite, very helpful and spoke very good English. The dining room staff were keen to please and the food was very good. The concierge was extremely helpful and knowledgeable The property was set back from the main roads which reduced the traffic noise. It was in need of some maintenance/upgrades but clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this hotel and enjoyed our brief stay. Well done Central Privilege.

Perfect stay, located in downtown siem reap. Their services were excellent since pick up from airport till check out, they offered us late check out till 2PM and all popular places were presented on arrival. Cleanliness were provided both in room and hotel facilities. After tired day we were enjoyed their happy hours with cocktail and snack at poolside, great experience. No comment on location, it excellent enough. We're fall in love .. will be back soon.

Everything are perfect, their were care us and helpful in any situation both child and adults. We are love their activities. Overall of this hotel is wonderful such as spa, poolside, swim-up bar, restaurant, food and drink - good taste, acceptable price, enjoyable and relaxing. Pick up service and Tour were done with arrangement, we love their job. Our children are often get swim and in touch with their. Sincerely...they made us love and enjoy at their hotel - we were extend 2 nights with them. See you next time !

Excellent location and helpful staff.. Pretty nice decoration and color even the building, facilities and room - honestly i can say i love those. I will come back again. oh.. something that you should know are, they offer you: 1. airport pick up service with free of charge 2. the smell and taste of their welcome drink with cold towel are great, that's good for heath 3. their front desk service are fantastic both service in hotel and outside(Tour arrangement, activities and other thing to do) 4. hotel located in heart of siem reap, meant i didn't spend more money for driver and transportation for going to pub-street, old market and night market because i went by walk around 10minites to. Totally i love this hotel and staff. All travelers must try!
