You can find a better place for less money.
This was my third hotel on this trip, the most expensive and also the most disappointing one. I'll start with the good: the location is great. Quiet street and right next to Alcazar. Also, the TV has English channels on it. Unfortunately that's the only good thing about it: the room is tiny, one of the towels in the bathroom was clearly used (could tell from the texture of it) and had stains on it. The gray bedspreads had graysh oil stains on it and I wasn't sure they were washed. I could hear neighbor showering and snoring in the next room. The bath cabin door didn't close and the bathroom flooded, so I only showered once. Water didn't drain properly and the room was smelling like a sewage the entire time. Airco kept blowing cold air even after I switched it off and my son's bed didn't have a blanket on, only a bedsheet, I had to ask for it the next day. Single bed had double bed sheets and blankets covers on it because they didn't bother to buy a single one, so after 1 hour of sleeping on it, it became a total mess. What else....oh, yes. We arrived very late at night and wanted to rest in the morning ( I travelled with 2 kids). So, after the room service came to knock on our door, I told them we didn't need it. Soon he came and ask me to go down to check -in. A few minutes later somebody from the reception came to ask the same thing. We booked for 2 nights so I don't get what was the rush. Price- over 100$ a night. You can get a better deal!

Amazing stay
I couldn't thank them enough for the wonderful stay we had at this hotel. Special mention to Virginia who was very helpful and accomodating. We had a room were the roof top was and it was amazing. After our a long day wandering around town you can just sit and relax at the rooftop.The location is superb as its right next to the Alcazar. I can highly recommend this hotel. I am definitely coming back and stay at this hotel

Location was more than incredible. When you turn left you see the walls of the Real Alcazar Palace.However there is no breakfast room and the breakfast was served in a box to the room . The lady at the reception was very helpful. Overall great hotel

The location was fabulous- right next to Alcazar and the cathedral. Lots of restaurants and very near the Hop on Hop off bus and river. The staff was very helpful and courteous. When we arrived in our room, the small fridge and bedside table lamp was covered in layers of dust. The bathrrom was clean, but had no shelf in shower for personals and the shower handle would not stay in place. Had to be held at all times or water would squirt all over the bathroom. Was very difficult to take a shower as the shower was open in the back. Noise on the street was somewhat bothersome.
