Upon arrival you will be charged the following extra costs:

The apartment is located on the first floor in the complex of a residence with swimming pool, is accessible by stairs and is composed as follows: large living room with TV and double bed, well-stocked kitchen, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has a nice terrace with table and chairs for outdoor use. It is characterized by a modern furniture and attention to detail and a beautiful swimming pool, shared with other units.
The apartment does not have its own parking space, but within walking distance has unattended public parking.
At guests' disposal: table with outdoor chairs and sun loungers.
The charming apartment is ideal for families with children, but also for those who want to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation.
The accommodation is available both in summer and in winter, being equipped with independent heating.
The apartment will be sanitized and hygienically clean with alcohol and chlorine products as arranged by the DPCM, respecting the anti-COVID guidelines and protocols dictated by the state. In addition, every new arrival, will be carried out a CERTIFIED SANITIZATION with an ozone generator which inactivates the virus and basins to 99.9%. It naturally deodorizes and sanitizes all the rooms, surfaces, objects and fabrics present in the house.

How to get to Polpenazze del garda:
-By car: from the A4 Milan - Venice motorway, exit at Desenzano and continue in the direction of Salò - Riva. After the roundabout of Manerba d/G., follow the indication Polpenazze del Garda
-By train + bus: The nearest railway station is Desenzano which is a few km from Polpenazze reachable by bus.
-By plane: Bergamo Airport (approximately 84 km) Verona Airport (approximately 40 km) Milan Linate Airport (approximately 120 km).
