Warning!!! Do not stay at this hotel, there is no heating control in the rooms and the hotel turn off the heating after 2 hours. We booked a room for a family of 4. The kids were given futon mattresses on the floor which was fine while the heating was on. 5am in the morning the kids are freezing cold sleeping on an ice cold floor because the hotel turned off the heating in the middle of the night. The front desk admitted they turn the heating off after 2 hours. We moved hotel after the first night with the manager refusing to refund the 1 night we stayed, he was even arrogant enough to suggest " do you guys do this all the time trying to get free accommodation" We are still chasing a refund for the first night. Save yourself the hassle and book a different hotel.
Stayed only one night and quite liked the style of my room. The sink and bathroom counter are super small though, with that much total space in the room I would install a bigger sink if I were the designer… It’s definitely one of a kind, would recommend to travelers that are tired of cookie cutter hotels.
Lovely suite, large soaking tub, walk in rain shower, sitting/eating area with large windows, blackout curtains. Hotel is very pretty and private. Bed is very hard/firm- which I don’t care for, but which I’ve found is typical here in kore. Service was fantastic! Location is perfect- close to Seoul Arts Center.
This hotel was perfect for a weekend staycation after a busy week at work. The room was generously sized, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were wonderful. My only complaint would be about the bathroom fixtures - both the waterfall tap for the tub and the rainfall showerhead were partially clogged and water didn't flow evenly out of them. Overall though I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

Dear Guest,
First of all, thank you for your high-rating review.
We will try to develop our room condition based on your inconvenience experience.
Besides cleanness and comfortableness, I love the breakfast more! The Korean breakfast is healthy and tasty. Can’t have enough of it. Great value for its price.
Our hotel stay did not start out too well because Expedia stated that this hotel had a pool and workout room, which it did not. However, the hotel itself remedied this issue by upgrading us to a suite and letting us check in early. Choi was so helpful at the front desk and we don't what we would have done without her! overall excellent service and staff. the room designs were very creative and funky, and we have never stayed anywhere like this before. Excellent experience after the rocky start.
I had some problems when i stayed there
1. air conditoner is too noisy . luckily it was winter time when i went there , so i just turned it off
2. i did call the staff to solve the problem but they couldnt do anything even change the room for me
except all the above , i was so impressed with this place . nice interior and location
