Magnificent 90 m2 luxury apartment with terrace and wallbox

Beautifully situated on the wine route, right in the center of Alsace. This old cabinetmaking was completely renovated in 2015 and decorated in a contemporary style.

Located in the heart of the village, close to shops, and yet in the vineyards. Chatenois is ideally located in the center of all Alsatian Christmas markets.

The apartment can accommodate 6 people in 3 different bedrooms (2 140x190 beds and 1 160x190 bed)
The apartment consists of a large living room with sitting area, a dining room for 6 people, a fully equipped open kitchen (down to the smallest detail) for your comfort.
Hob, oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, toaster, raclette machine, stone, Nespresso, ... Washing machine, dryer.
Wifi, 132 cm flat screen TV, DVD player will be at your disposal.

Cleaning costs, household linen (towels, sheets, tea towels,) are also provided and included in the price.

Schöne neue (2016) Ferienwohnung
Im beschaulichen kleinen Ort Chatenois gelegen bietet diese modern, geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtete FW alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt erwartet. Die FW hat leider nur ein Bad und eine Toilette (separat) Wir würden aber jederzeit (mit 2 bis 4 Personen) wieder kommen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Freundliche und sympathische Vermieter. KHB

Appartement à privilégier l’hiver
Appartement très accessible, très propre, très bien aménagé et bien équipé (même s’il nous a fallu demander la nespresso et le fer à repasser), Arrivée tardive facilitée par une boîte à clés Avons néanmoins regretté l’absence totale de vue /verdure : un immeuble trône en face de sa belle terrasse, une fois assis sur la terrasse nous entendions toutes les conversations des personnes sur le balcon situé au dessus de l’appartement (personne sur la terrasse du rdc à côté de la nôtre ) et enfin 2 chambres sur 3 donnent sur les voitures du parking (et local à poubelles) du bâtiment collées aux fenêtres…du coup intimité assurée en descendant les volets et réveillés en jour de semaine par les départs de voiture ou mise à disposition des poubelles car nous dormons toujours les fenêtres ouvertes.

Gunstig gelegen en lekker koel huis
Gunstige en rustige ligging aan de wijnroute. Alle bezienswaardigheden zoals Colmar, Riquewihr en Straatburg makkelijk bereikbaar. Veel privacy. Het huis heeft vloerkoeling en rolluiken, hetgeen in een hete zomer zeer welkom is. Het huis is verzorgd en modern ingericht en de keuken is zeer compleet.De ontvangst is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eigen parkeerplaats op binnenplaats. Een prettig huis.

Perfekt gelegene Wohnung für Elsass-Erkundung!
Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute Betten, sehr gute Dusche, schöne Küche sind nur ein paar Highlights der Wohnung. Aber das Beste an der Wohnung ist die Lage: egal ob Straßburg, Colmar, Ribeauville, Riquewihr, die Wohnung ist sehr gut an der Weinstraße gelegen, um den Elsass optimal zu erkunden.
