I’d seen some mixed reviews online, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. There is a small parking garage on the ground floor in which puts you right into the little lobby. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My corner room was bright and very comfortable. It was easy to log into Netflix on their tv and spend the evening relaxing in bed. Would definitely stay again.

I checked in for one night after spending a horrible night at a different hotel down the road. Almost cried in relief when I entered my comfortable, quiet room. Felt like I had died and gone to heaven! This property is a total gem, very quiet and safe, walkable to downtown Kirkland. The staff was lovely as well. I travel to the area often for work, and I hope to spend many more nights here!

What a sweet little property. We booked this when we had surprise guests in town and not enough room at home. This property is cute, convenient, spacious rooms. I was a little worried when I read some reviews about cleanliness, but the room was clean and well stocked. The icing on the cake was the spectacular view of the Seattle skyline, the lake and the sunset. Also easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and the trail in front of Google campus.

This hotel might make a good stay in the summertime, but in the cold months of winter, it is very cold the floors being wood and no carpets. Overhead lights turn on with a switch, so it was a surprise to later find myself sitting in the dark and having to waive my arms to turn the lights back on as lighting system was timed. I had selected this little hotel as they had an elevator, and I had had recent knee surgery only to get there and find out that the elevator was out of order. I had booked for four days but found out on the evening of the first day that I wasn’t going to be able to stay the full four days the next morning at 10:30 I called the desk to tell them I would be leaving in 24 hours.. The gentleman said he couldn’t find my paperwork, but to come down the next morning and it would be handled. In the morning, I went to the desk to check out and was told that I wouldn’t be able to get back the payment I had made for the extra two nights but I could get a credit to stay there again. I told the young woman I wouldn’t be back, so a credit was no good and that I wanted a refund put back on my credit card. She then informed me I would’ve had to call 48 hours in advance if I wanted to have canceled those last two days..ridiculous as I hadn’t even checked in yet 48 hours previously!! She said she couldn’t do anything about it and I would have to get my money back through Expedia the booking company. As I had an appointment to keep that morning, I just left.

Very nice boutique hotel. Rivals the chain models.
My stay here was excellent. Spacious room and bathroom, deep tub (i didn’t get to use sadly), and fully updated everything. I was there for one night so I don’t know much about what is where, but I would def stay again if the need arises.

Great stay, very reasonable in price, clean, the room was in good condition, bright, nice view of the lake. Across the street is Starbucks and the grocery store. Easy quick 4 min drive into downtown Kirkland. Parking included and I felt very welcomed to be here.

The customer service of Sarah gives this Lakeview Boutique Hotel 5 stars. Her attitude, kindness, she was exceptionally attentive and eager to assure we had a positive experience during our stay. The hotel is in a safe and charming area, closed to Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, and the Snoqualmie Falls. Cleanliness is excellent, the rooms are big and the beds comfortable. We will be back when we visit again.

When i arrived the room was not clean. The onsight manager immediately offered to clean the room and put fresh sheets on the bed or change rooms. I chose to switch rrooms. We inspected the new room together and noticed the bathroom shower needed to be touched up. So the onsight manager Kazar immediately re cleaned the bathroom and then brought me a bottle of wine for my inconvenience. Kazar is an excellent manager and did the right thing without hesitation.

Booked this hotel for family members attending a Wedding. Very poor communication when we checked in. The coffee machine in the room did not work. There was no information in the room to log onto WIFI. The rooms are not finished. There was a gap in the bathroom around the door.

This hotel was the best experience I have had while traveling. It is family owned and you feel the closeness of that the minute you walk in. The room was spotless clean. One of the cleanest places I have EVER had the pleasure of staying. I will recommend to anyone I know that is going to the area to stay at this hotel and I will definitely be back myself.

NEVER come back to this motel! We reserved this motel was because of the cheap price, we got what we paid for!!!!!!!!The staff named Anthony who seems running this motel, was very rude, mean and had no respect to customer at all. I normally don't write reviews, but I wrote this to warn potential customers. We booked 2 queen beds room through Hotel.com a few months in advance. The check in time is 4 PM. I called this motel and told Anthony that we will arrive around 5 Pm which we did. There was nobody at lobby (A tiny dusty area at entrance) when we arrived. I called and Anthony showed up a few minutes late, he told me my reservation was one queen bed room. So I showed him the confirmation of reservation of 2 queen beds room. Then he yelled at me : " Just wait, I will fix it." There was no apology at all. I waited about 20 minutes, then he told me the room is ready. So we dragged 5 luggages to the room and saw a messy dirty room: dirty sheet, baby diapers and left over food in the trash can,bath towels on the bathroom floor. Then I called again , he said: I will have cleaning person to clean it, you guys going downstairs to wait. Once again, no apology at all! I can go on and on telling how bad he was, but not worthy of my time and effort. Our booking fee was already charged before we arrive, otherwise we will just leave and to find another hotel. I don't know, how there was positive review about this motel ! Do not go to this motel even it's free.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Seems like some things need to be finished, like lobby painting and drawer pulls in the room. The lobby is tiny and no breakfast option (except Starbucks and a Cafe across the street). Parking underneath hotel was good and convenient. No one is front desk often. When we left, no one was there; I called and left a message and no one ever called back. Lacks that personal touch that you’d expect from a “boutique hotel”. It was a bit pricey but I will consider staying there again only due to convenience that it is close to where my relatives live.

This was an...interesting property I can say, and full transparency, I did not reach out to anyone to resolve any of my concerns, so know that they likely would have resolved them if I had wanted to pursue. These are just items I feel are important enough to mention, but are not deal-breakers. Very limited review space on Expedia, so in brief, the bed was queen instead of king (and I verified my confirmation was king). The toilet had not been cleaned, the coffee maker still had the spent pod from the last customer in it, and the bottom of the bathtub is soft and you feel like you're going to fall through it in a few spots. The room looked brand new, but at the same time there were odd things about it that made it feel like it wasn't. Hard to describe. Complimentary waters and random sodas in the mini fridge (including a 2-Liter of Pepsi??). We also had only one wash cloth when the rez was clearly for two guests. The gentleman who checked us in was very very kind, and the bedding/towels were very clean and new. Bed was firm and comfortable. I would stay here again, but I would be more proactive and vocal.

Great newer property. Exactly where I needed it. Close to hospital and access to freeway but still in a neighborhood. 15 min walk to water. Metropolitan Mkt! Starbucks etc. traffic off my deck, but great distance view of lake and Seattle. Lovely bed and bedding. Just Nice!! Nice!! :). Only thing would ask for would be a small microwave and bigger accent chairs, no amber bulbs in bathroom, I am already very green/Amber toned!! FYI I am a designer so lighting is important to me! Sahar was fantastic, so kind, super! Overall just lovely!
