Stay for the game
Couldn’t have gone more smoothly. $20 Uber to the football field and Pike’s Place. Too bad my Eagles lost but oh well. Grace and Kevin were very responsive and easy to work with. I would happily book there again.

Our stay overall wasn't bad. The home is older and so we had some sinus troubles while there. The beds are also small and not the most comfortable but it gave us a place to sleep while going to a Seahawks game and that's what we needed.

Quirky & cute place to stay that suited our needs
We enjoyed staying at Grace and Kevin’s home. It really felt like a home, not like a usual place to rent. It was quirky and cute and suited our needs, as we were on a training course all days. The bed we slept in wasn’t super comfortable, but we made do. Plenty of mugs to choose from, which was fun! The location was perfect for us and the first evening we enjoyed sitting on the garage roof watching the view to the city. Communication between Grace and Kevin was great. Many thanks for opening your home for us.

Grace's house was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. She was very communicative and helpful. It was easy to get downtown and to Capitol Hill where we were working with lots of good food and easy groceries nearby. I would stay there again for sure.

Awesome! We were under the impression there were queen beds. Our bed on the main floor was quite small(double) otherwise fine. The backyard is greats scene love sitting outside and chat!

very cool house!
This house is incredible. Truly unique. Books and funky memorabilia galore. Very well stocked with everything you need and more. We loved the small rooftop patio w view of downtown Seattle. Grace was very responsive.

We absolutely loved Graces house, the house is very spacious and quirky. There was a lot of space for 4 girls who were getting ready to see Taylor Swift that weekend lol! Excellent communication with me leading up to check in, which was also very simple! Thanks again for the lovely stay!

Charming and unique
This is a one of a kind home that is a great midway point to some of the best spots in Seattle. We came in the middle of summer and the home was still very comfortable. The home has a unique design with one bedroom on each floor and a spacious basement. The decor is charming and you could spend all day looking at it. The host was very communicative and helpful. All the essentials were provided and instructions were very clear. Thw house is older but was kept very clean. I loved that so many movies, books, and games were made available.

Very nice place and very convenient
Very nice older home with all the conveniences. Great stay. I was particularly pleased because there is a sci-fi fan in the house. I have ready MANY of the books that were in the home, displayed in alphabetical order no doubt. Very pleased. Stay was before before we left for a cruise. Thank you!
