FUN FILLED GETAWAY 1 BLOCK AWAY FROM THE BEACH AND BOARDWALK IN SEASIDE HEIGHTS!

The condo is prime location near the boardwalk, beach, many restaurants, games and amusement park. Our condo is perfect for gatherings, family style fun, girls/boys get away. We welcome friends and family.

This home sleeps up to 4 people maximum. There are 2 queen beds. Please advise this is NOT a party house and we ask to be respectful to the neighbors of our community.

* No Pets, No Animals, No Smoking. External cameras installed for guest safety to monitor driveway, common walkway and the entrance of the unit on the deck.

The space
Welcome to your next beach getaway at our lovely condo! This cozy updated home features a private patio living and dining area, kitchen with new appliances, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms decorated with a beachy soothing vibe. Everything in the house is fresh with new sheets, utensils, cups, etc. This location is a block away from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, and amusement park.

** We do provide 1 paper towel (kitchen), basic condiments (salt & pepper), hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 1 garbage bag per garbage bin (kitchen and bathrooms) pillows, comforters, towels and sheets.

BEDROOM 1- upstairs- 1 queen size bed- sleeps 2 people

BEDROOM 2- upstairs- 1 queen size bed and smart TV- sleeps 2 people

FULL BATHROOM 1- downstairs

FULL BATHROOM 2- upstairs

KITCHEN- oven, refrigerator, mini oven, coffee machine, washer and dryer

PARKING- 1 free parking is included in the parking lot.
Guest access
You can access the deck near front entrance. The deck offers grill and outdoor dining. The condo has an exit door near the bathroom on first floor. You can access that door to locate trash bins.
Other things to note
NOTE:

Central AC is only available during Summer-Fall Seasons. HEAT should only be used end of fall and winter. (during WINTER always keep the heat (only in living room) on at 60 degrees so pipes don’t freeze)

ALL BEDROOMS HAVE FANS for extra cooling

TV IN LIVING ROOM: Do not unplug anything or plug in any console devices. FREE Netflix for entertainment.

COMMON AMENITIES: we only provide linens, comforters, pillow covers, pillows, toilet paper, towels and hand soap.

LAUNDRY: washer and dryer

WIFI: high speed and works with multiple devices to work remotely.

GARBAGE FACILITY : must separate garbage and recycle. Place all bags accordingly in the bins in the backdoor area of the building.

BEACH- no beach essential are provided. must purchase and bring your own.


Beach Passes: You were provided two beach passes at the time of check-in. Upon check out, please ensure the passes are returned in the basket where you found them. You will be charged $100.00 per missing beach pass.

SECURITY CAMERAS: There are two security cameras actively recording motion and sound. One on front door facing the white door and another one on the exterior wall facing the deck. These devices are here for your safety as well as to secure the property

Toilets: Nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing.

NOISE SENSITIVE: This is not a party house. We are located in a quiet, family-oriented residential community. Please help keep our neighbors and community happy. Quiet hours begin at 10pm and are strictly enforced.

***Note: NO parties, large gatherings, loud music or noises. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund and/or charged a minimum fee of $1000.

***Note: NO Pets allowed!! Violators of this rule will be charged a minimum fee of $250.

***Note: You MUST be 21 years of age or older to book the property. Any minor must be accompanied by a parent at ALL times. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund.

***Note: Number of guests staying in the home cannot exceed reservation. Violators of this rule is subject to a minimum of $100 per unregistered guest per night.

***Note: The Property is a Smoking-Free Zone. No smoking/vaping in and around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $750.

***Note: Rental Property Agreements are required to be signed up with a valid government issued I.D. after the reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund. We require a guest list for each confirmed booking

***Note: No fireworks in or around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $500.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify guest's identity and check criminal databases to confirm the guest's reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
