Sea of Galilee

Mt. Arbel was very cool, but a little hard to find the National Park. No sign at the main road. Just happened upon it right outside of Tiberias. And there are two Arbel locations, one close to the Sea and Tiberias (the one I climbed), the other farther out and more difficult to climb. The view from the top was fantastic, took about an hour to get up to the cliff overlook. Very peaceful setting, remote very spiritual location without crowds and not commercialized, and the history of that place -- all very cool. The actual Sea seemed not so special.

We stopped in Tiberias for a quick lunch. The town is really kind of depressing. I wouldn't recommend it. Certainly not to stay more than an hour or so!
