This beautiful apartment within walking distance of Valkenburg comes straight out of a fairy tale. The accommodation is located in the South Limburg hills, and that will delight hiking enthusiasts, walkers, cyclists and motorcyclists. Take a scenic tour along the Mergelandroute and discover the Dutch natural beauty along the way. After a day out, settle down in one of the nearby restaurants for a delicious dinner. A visit to Maastricht, Heerlen or historic Aachen is also worthwhile, as is a day at the Mondo Verde zoo.

Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted. If this is detected, the home owner/manager may, without discussion charge you 100 euro per day of stay
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
