We stay here twice a year when traveling from FL to NY. It’s close to 95, easy to get downtown for dining. It has blackout curtains and separate switches in the bathroom for light and fan. It has a fridge, which we need. Ot has free parking and breakfast. It has everything we like and need at a reasonable price.

Property was dirty toilet hadn’t been cleaned and was nasty. Hairs in the shower still and on the floor in bathroom. Stains all over furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever. Beds was clean only good part. Tub would only drain for shower tub faucet running for seconds would back it up. Wouldn’t recommend

First and foremost, it's clean, very clean. Parking lot lighting is very bright at night with plenty of parking space. Very spacious inside the room. Includes ironing board and iron. Down side: Shower head is el cheapo (probably worth $2). It was half clogged and dripping. No matter which setting you turn, water was coming out the same way, low pressure. It was Sunbeam brand. #2: Extremely poor lighting (except for the bathroom). I guess they installed 5 or 10 Watts equivalent bulbs. Couldn't see jack. Had to turn on all the lights and TV.

Does not match the 8.0 rating they tout. All furniture was dirty and stained, some of it broken. There was mold in the shower, breakfast was the worst I've ever seen in a hotel. When asking staff for new furniture that didn't have huge blood stains, the exact response I got was "what do you want me to do about it? Everything is like this, it's old furniture". Do not stay here, stay somewhere else.

Pleasantly surprised by the property. Relatively inexpensive, quiet, clean, ease of check in and they provided a decent complimentary breakfast. Only gripe would be the bed needed to be replaced.
