Has a great location half block from Lido Beach, with the most amaizing sunsets in Florida, minutes walk to Saint Armands Circle with great cafes restautants and exclusive boutiques, quite side roads for a perfect jog.

Beach access, Bayrunner shuttle, St Armand’s…
Great location and clean, quiet, basic accommodation. Shower hot water and pressure very good. A couple minor additions to kitchen would make it easier to eat in (a serrated knife, more than one leftover container and lower stools to be able to eat at the bar). That being said, it was an ideal rental for me and the owner was extremely responsive to a couple requests.

It was smaller than it looked in the pics, but still nice. Close to the beach and not far from downtown. Had to air out upon arrival due to the cleaning fumes, but was glad to know how clean it was. And it was clean! I would recommend.
