Beautiful property and room, friendly helpful staff, convenient location for our needs,secure parking was nice to have, comfortable bed, excellent continental breakfast. Had a great dinner there too!

This hotel is like new - upscale interior - Amazing staff from the management to the desk to cleaning. Booked taxis - talked to us in the dining room & showed a genuine interest in our well being & our stay!

Great all around hotel for comfortable stay with reasonable price. Easy access to go up to the ski resorts (this hotel is NOT in any ski resort, it’s location is close to the mountain roads, you still need to drive up. Very good breakfast.

Coming from the United States and not knowing spanish, this hotel made it very comfortable for me to stay and do lots of great things in the area and ski the Andes

The hotel is very clean. The check in desk is a little confusing to find as you have to walk in a ways before you come to it and there is no signage. Staff were very nice.

This is a great option, although there are no many, if you want to stay at the east side of the city, in one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Santiago called La Dehesa. The hotel is right across a nice shopping mall and with great access to a highway that cross Santiago from east to west. We did a day trip to a ski resort to enjoy the mountains and the great views. We also did a day trip to the beach. In short, if you are planing to move around La Dehesa or the east side of Las Condes, this hotel is a very good alternative. My only concern is that AC in the room was not working properly, not cooling enough. Few days were very hot in Santiago and the room at night was a little bit hot.

The staff were great and always helpful. The hotel's problems: 1. Very far from the city center. 2. Many events are held at the hotel and there is noise all the time and it is impossible to rest in the afternoon

The hotel is starting to show its age a bit (chipped tiles, cracks in the bathroom, etc), but still very comfortable. The staff are helpful and attentive, and the breakfasts are great. We liked the location as well, since it was midway between the mountains for hiking and downtown.

While very short, the hotel was fantastic. Very clean and great service. Helped me print a bunch of pages for my presentation at 2am. Not too many places help with that!

it was so pleasant and relaxing. The hours of the included breakfast were reasonable and didn't end too early. In addition there were two welcome drinks gratis which was so nice to have upon arrival from a long trip. The pool and steam room was relaxing and clean! The only reason I didn't give all stars for comfort was that I felt the mattress was too soft.

the staff could not be more helpful
our only problem was the room, it smelt of cigarettes. when we first went in the room there was a strange smell but we didn't really notice it as we were in a rush to go out. When we returned in the evening and entered the room again the smell hit us and we instantly knew it was cigarette smoke. it was disgusting. we have 2 young children, all of our stuff was everywhere and we were all tied, all we wanted to do was have a shower and go to bed. We couldn't face packing everything up, so tried to live with it. However, the smell was too disgusting. I went down to the reception and they offered to move us to another room, explaining that maybe someone in a neighbouring room was smoking. they moved us to a room right at the back of the hotel next to the cleaners room. the breakfast was good and the staff were all very eager to help.

It is a very nice hotel, good taste interiors, complete amenities, very fast room service, laundry services are very expensive and not worth it, all my shirts were returned with the same and even more stain.
