This motel is close to Santa Clara University and it is not in a crowded area. The grounds are clean with lots of plants, it's spacious and relatively quiet. The manager is very pleasant and engaging.

The room was dirty. Lots of random hair and the shower leaked bad. When I complained about the shower, it was explained it was a design error. We had to use the towels to keep the floor dry. No housekeeping service to empty trash, but the manager did come to empty and provide clean towels. But even the clean towles had hair in them. The manager was very nice, but the cleaning of the rooms could be better.

As a single person here for one night, I am so happy that I landed at Sterling for a stay. I went to a Sharks vs Kraken game tonight at SAP from Seattle and am unfamiliar with the area. It’s my first time here but I wanted a room near the arena and freeways. I took the gamble and chose this hotel. It’s clean, the man working the desk was so friendly and complimentary, the room is clean, the parking lot is lit and spacious and kept. There’s zero complaints here. It’s quiet, too. There’s a ton of food and cafes literally across the street. I will be back to stay here again!

The host was very nice and friendly. Parking was easy. The rooms were large and clean, but in need of updating. But for the price, they were completely fine. They could use better towels.

This is a cute little inn in a nice neighborhood and very close to the airport. There are some restaurants within walking distance. The inn has obviously been updated recently. I would definitively stay here again.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. We booked last minute and showed up just before 2:00. He was able to accommodate us right away even though our assigned room wasn't ready. The room was immaculately cleaned and smelled great. They have safety latch on the door and the window coverings are full coverage when closed. We didn't walk at all in the area but it seemed like a safe area. Very convenient to the airport, we got a Lyft easily at 4:30am on a Sunday. Was a great place to stay for the night before our flight.

The area was very nice and quiet because it’s right next to a college. Ed the hotel manager was very nice. Our hotel room was spacious and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

Ed is a gift to this world. He truly is the sweetest person you'll meet. He runs an amazing motel, spacious modern rooms with charging ports/USBs on both sides of the bed, LED mirror in the bathroom, and the rooms are very clean. Very walkable with Ike's across the street, Safeway in sight, and a nearby 24 Hour Fitness. It's right off the freeway so it's accessible to anything.

Ed was great. Would go back next time we are in the area. Rooms were perfect for our trip and was pretty close to the freeway. Standard size tv, microwave and fridge. Going to be booking here next time. Looking forward to checking out the other rooms.
