Wonderful vacation spot
The staff spoke Italian, French, and English. They were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast each morning provided a lot of food/drink options. The location of the hotel was convenient to the sea and casino, many shops and restaurants. (Long walk or cab ride to the train station, pretty walk from bus station.) The only thing that could've made the trip better was a more exact description of the location and its relation to Miramare. It was difficult to find when I first arrived. But once I found it, it was very worth it.

Ideally suited hotel for the beach & 20 minute walk to centre. The room was excellent & well-equipped & the staff were so helpful

A lovely stay
We've stayed in Sanremo several times but this was our first stay at this hotel. We'll definitely come back. We were offered a room upgrade on check in. Parking was incredibly convenient. The room was very luxurious and clean, with a partial sea view. If you can, a splurge for the sea front is probably worth it. Lucia at the front desk was fantastic and very helpful-her English was perfect which was a nice treat. Living in Europe, we certainly don't expect it but always enjoy it

La Struttura e' notevole e la vista mare fantastica a 15 Min a piedi dal centro. Abbiamo apprezzato il frigobar veramente rifornito e la pulizia impeccabile. Promossi!

Voilà un très bel hôtel bien placé avec une belle vue mer. C’est la nuit que les choses changent. La chambre est horriblement froide. La climatisation / chauffage ne fonctionne qu’avec l’aide de la réception et malgré nos 3 appels dans la nuit, aucune solution n’est proposée. Pas de couverture supplémentaire, pas de changement de chambre,…. Frigorifiés, nous avons dormi avec nos manteaux en guise de couverture ! (Photo) Le lendemain matin, forcément malade, mal à la tête…. Après avoir échangé avec la réception au matin, le directeur ne veut rien faire. (à part offrir un parking et offrir une omelette (qui est en supplément au petit déjeuner, sans être prévenu) Bref… surtout que ça ne lui coûte rien !) Dans un établissement de ce standing, c’est déplorable de ne pas savoir gérer les dysfonctionnements avec élégance et efficacité. Expérience à ne pas renouveler Non recommandable Si c'est pareil en été, ça doit être sans clim efficace !

Publicité mensongère.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien, mais par contre les photos qui sont montrées sur le site ne correspondent pas à l’hôtel … publicité mensongère. Il n’y pas de piscine, et l’hôtel montré c’est le palace à côté. La piscine vous sera facturée 45€ par personne pour un transat et un parasol … vous payez le même prix à St tropez face à la mer … Le service est sans plus j’ai demandé un dentifrice que je n’ai jamais eu la chance de voir, C’est assez propre malgré une douche qui fuit. Pas de mini bar ou mini frigo … Cher pour ce que c’est

Manque de placard et surtout au moins une étagère dans la SDB. On peut même pas poser un objet. La bac à douche tellement petite on peut même plus bouger les bras pour se laver. Pour utiliser un parking 15 € par nuit franchement honteux…. Tout de même propreté impeccable.
