"I never write reviews. But I felt compelled. This is in the top 3 hotels I’ve ever stayed in. And I’ve been all over the world in 5 star hotels. Including Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo and San pietro in Positano. This ranks right there. "

"The whole resort was first class, staff were friendly, breakfast provided was excellent. The rooms were as described with perfect daily cleaning. The garden areas were immaculate, the mix of palm trees and conifers was just right, giving a picturesque view throughout. The location was ideal for an amount of local facilities and a fair walk into the centre. Would highly recommend."

"The hotel staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. My only constructive criticism is that the water from the shower either has little or no pressure in the mornings, and it’s very difficult to regulate the temperature. It was either scalding, hot or freezing cold. Also breakfast was disappointing as unless you got there literally at 7:30 everything was cold, I am aware they sealed the silver platters with hot water, but there didn’t appear to be any candles keeping the hot water hot. Therefore the food was cold. We did have omelettes this morning our last day and only wish we are done that previously in the week but couldn’t see it advertised that they were available. "

"The Savoy was lovely, welcoming and had great amenities and a terrific breakfast. The lake was an easy walk from the hotel. I would happily stay here again. "
