Awesome!
We had the most comfortable stay and really enjoyed the view from our balcony. The sounds of the waves at night brought such peace yet it felt like we were a part of the ocean. Such a recharge. Thankful.

This place was super cozy! It was safe, and had easy access to the beach. Keep in mind, these building are a little older. But for the price and the comfort, beautiful view, great communication with the host. My trip was wonderful!! Thank You Again

I liked the fact that it was far enough away from all of the tourists, but close enough to main tourist areas. The property was clean and very cozy. I appreciated that Rafael was easy to contact, and a pleasure to do business with. I will be back soon and will be staying here again.

Very nice view of the beach. Good communication with owner. It was good for me and my daughter- anymore it would had be too much. It is a little un down, but great for price! I would recommend.

Great location in a safe area. Beautiful views from the room and very clean beaches just walking distance from gated condominium. Also walking distance from restaurants and grocery store. Staff was professional and helpful. This was my first time in PR and nothing but a good experience.

The room was excellent. Very clean. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen was great and fully stocked. The main reason to book this is the private balcony with an unobstructed view of the beach.

Perfect location amazing view close to the beach. But the property is out dated the furniture is old and the apartment needs updating the whole building needs to be updated

Hola Kenny,Yes the condominium was built many years ago, but the administration keeps it in good condition. Also the apartment was furnished about 5 years ago, as you can see in the pictures with modern furniture, including bed.

This is our 2nd time staying in one of Rafael’s properties. He was great to communicate with and quick to respond to my questions. The property was very comfortable and perfectly located to our favorite beach, Playa Azul (never crowded and always beautiful)! Easy parking, secure building close to food and groceries. The studio was lacking a beach chair to which Rafael graciously reimbursed me for immediately when we purchased one. We will be back next year, hopefully with our kids in tow! It was a pleasure.

Other reviews were correct-this is an efficiency with a very nice view in a great location. Queen bed was very comfortable. Supplies were adequate. Very secure location. Access and parking were easy. Climate control excellent. Kitchen sparse but adequate for two for simple eating. Rafael is excellent host.

Beautiful condo located right on the beach! We loved being able to hear the sound of the waves all night. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing! Very peaceful and just what we were looking for. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to stay.

My boyfriend and I spent 6 nights here and it was amazing. This is true beach front property which was perfect for beach lovers like us! The host is amazing and very helpful. Anything you need is nearby (gas, food, pharmacy) and several attractions like el yunque rainforest or ceiba port to get to Culebra are close as well. We could also get to San Juan within an hour with the car we rented. To be fair, if you are afraid of or allergic to cats please note that there are several on and around the property, but not inside. Also, they never bothered us.

Wonderful balcony, view, parking, and location. Kitchen is very small with no counter space or baking dishes, or dishes to microwave in or small plates and there is no table for a proper meal. There is no bureau/shelves/drawers to unpack clothes. There is both washer and dryer; nice beach chairs, and cooler to take to the beach. (Orbitz says there is separate bedroom, dining, living room -- no, it's all one room). Thick walls so its a quiet place (plus the sound of the surf hides most noise).

The location was so perfect..!! Very convenient to get located if you are going to Puerto Rico and booking excursions. Lots of good food options around and felt safe all the time I stayed there. The host Rafael was so helpful and ensured that we had the best stay at the apartment. Highly recommend the stay at this property.

This property may have the best balcony view ever! However, with the shear curtains, it is extremely bright every morning which is tough for light-sleepers like me. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were all filled with everything you could need during your stay. Unfortunately, there were some bugs hiding in the dishes and paper towel roll. There was more than enough (free) parking and I felt safe with all the staff around. Although the back gate to the beach is locked at 7pm, you couldn't get much closer beach access than this! This seemed like a great property and it was nice and quiet, and the host is very communicative if you have questions!

The view is breath taking!! When standing in the room all you can see is the beach and hear the waves as if you are somehow on a remote beach!! We had the best sleep! Slept like a baby! The sound of the waves drowned out the outside noise. The balcony is amazing! Everything we could possibly need was available in the condo! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The owner touched base with us to make sure everything was ok more than once and replied to messages very quickly. Free parking!!! 24 hour security! The beach is soooo close! Out a back gate cross a small non busy street and boom you are there! There were days we just wanted to stay in and enjoy the view!

Beautiful beachfront condo
This is a very comfortable condo. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The beach is beautiful and there are restaurants to walk to. I would highly recommend this condo.

This property is everything that you want when going on vacation. It has wonderful ambiance a breathtaking gorgeous view from the balcony. Quiet and Quaint... everything is available to you for use of the beach from chairs, boogie boards, Umbrella, towels and beach bag. Privacy as well as use of a small kitchen within the studio... I didn't want to leave and I'm Definitely coming back. Around the corner to local bar with pool tables lots of food in the area. 45 min drive to San Juan and the local Kiskos with authenticate Puerto Rican Food

Rafael was an excellent host. The property is secure. The studio is nicely furnished. The kitchen is tiny, but we were not there to cook. The balcony is perfect. The beach is incredible. The bathroom could use a renovation. This is really the perfect location. Close to El Yunque and Fajardo. The pork highway is not far, as well as San Juan. One of our best vacations.

Great north east beach location
Loved going to sleep with the sound of the waves. We got in late and the security was great. Location was great for our friends wedding, yunque, Luquillo kioskos and if we would we had time near the fluorescent bay.
