I didn’t get the room I booked for. They were not able to accommodate me because they did not have any room available according to front desk. Hotel was crowded and staff were not polite. In additional, there was too much noise at night. My family and I couldn’t sleep well any night. Overall, horrible experience!

I absolutely loved my stay at Caribe Hilton in Puerto Rico. The resort was absolutely gorgeous, as well as my garden room with the ocean view. Room keeping came everyday, giving us new towels and doing a wonderful job making the room look brand new. I got a $50 credit each day to spend at the breakfast place, pool bar, or lobby bar. The food at the pool bar is surprisingly very good, and not just some microwaved frozen food. The breakfast was also delicious, we did the buffet each day. We had dinner at Mortons one night, which is always delicious. The bartenders, especially Roberto were wonderful. He gave us great restaurant and excursion recommendations. The beach at the hotel is small, so I recommend taking a 10 minute uber to go to Isla Verde beach. Water and beach is BEAUTIFUL there. Everyone is so nice. Overall an amazing destination and trip. I definitely recommend staying here, and I hope to be back soon.
