Dear Patricia, we are so sorry for your mistake for the reservation, this is a really historical palace, not a farmhouse with the parking inside.. we're angry for your fake comment !! for travellers that read: each room is equipped with soaps, fridge, hairdryer, towels, as well as a fast wifi that is everywhere. we are located in the main street, is possible to arrive in front door to leave your luggages, but not is possible to park here, we are in area traffic limited. all our guests are happy to park for free in the various parking lots located 10 minutes walking. all our guests are happy to find a reception for any infos also tips / tours for visit around Tuscany. the reception can book for you restaurant, wine tours, cooking class, opera, taxi or transfers, a lot of different tours. we are happy to help you make your holiday a unique experience greetings from San Gimignano, Historical Palace Buonaccorsi marzia e pierluigi

dear anonimo we remember well your reservation, we are sorry for your mistake, not is really that you write, we gave you the room that you booked, maybe you not look the descrition of the room but only the cheaper price.... for travellers: this "anonimo" book one room that shared bathroom, that have a best price of course of the room ensuite bathroom! for the wife is really surprise and very angry with the husband for the mistake.... we are always at disposal for our guests, very sorry but we stay full booked and, it is really, we can change the room only for the second night. we are happy that you enjoy the excellent location our historical palace. marzia and the staff.

Dear guest, we are really sorry about your comment and your experience. We have no fans or air conditioning in the bedrooms, because usually we don't need them. The weather this Summer was unexpected. Our Palace is historical and remained as it was in the past years, so no, we have no lift because we can't and we dont' want to make change to the "history". For as concerne the bus stop, I can tell you that is not far from our Palace, only 99 meters (try to check on Google maps, from Palazzo Buonaccorsi to Porta San Matteo). We are very sorry to hear about the bed, because nobody ever complained about it, if you said it we would have been happy to find another room with a different bed for you. Thanks you for your words ..wo derful hotel..expectacular....thanks..this is a really historical palace date 1200 building from the famous family Venerosi Pesciolini.. with 4 towers.. very important family.. it is really san gimigna o is a good location for a weekly bases for visit around Tuscany..by car..by bus .or by our differents tours..we are happy to help you to enjoy your holiday..

We are grateful for your approval concernig the cleaning of the bathroom. This bathroom is shared with 2 rooms,is big and comfortable, with a great shower that can be used in couple for an amazing experience. Dear Kate, thank you for your feedback. We are very central situated,near to the cathedral and museums and we are a very unique historic palace of 1200. Very sorry,but here anything is modern. Here there aren't lifts, but we have facilities in the rooms as fridge, hair dryer, soaps set, and soft sponge towels. We inform travellers that we can organize excursion and day trips, transfer and private tours on request. San Gimignano is well located to visit the most important historical towns in Tuscany.

Informiamo i lettori che il nostro palazzo è una residenza d'epoca dove vivere una autentica esperienza medievale, e nel rispetto del luogo noi non abbiamo inserito le televisioni. abbiamo invece una forte wifi ovunque, sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni. ed una reception a disposizione per ogni suggerimento su cosa visitare anche dei dintorni.

ringraziamo molto della sua recensione, ci dispiace molto non effettuare le nostre colazioni a buffet, nei saloni del palazzo con tavoli conviviali, speriamo di riprendere il servizio il prossimo anno. per i lettori avvisiamo che accanto al portone del palazzo troverete un bar con tavolini con vista. un caro saluto, marzia

San Gimignano si trova in una posizione centrale per visitare le molte località dei dintorni come Monteriggioni e Siena, Certaldo e Volterra, Castellina in Chianti e Greve, Pienza e Bagno Vignoni, e molto più... la nostra reception è a disposizione per ogni suggerimento. gentile anonimo, già scrivendo come anonimo mi vergognerei della sua recensione, la sua camera aveva il wc/bidet come è usanza nei palazzi d'epoca, i frigoriferi sono accesi al minimo basta alzare la temperatura all interno, le prese funzionano ci sono attaccate le lampade dei comodini e ce ne sono altre sia nel bagno che nella camera tripla a lei assegnata uso singola. E' verità che il bagno di tale camera storica è piccolo ma dalla finestra si è scordato di scrivere che vedeva due torri. per i viaggiatori che leggono, il palazzo è vincolato come patrimonio unesco ed non si può modificare niente. ci sono diverse tipologie di camere ognuna diversa dall altra sia negli arredi, molti originali d'epoca, sia nei bagni. gentile anonimo ci fà piacere che abbia apprezzato il nostro palazzo ed il cortile al suo interno.
