The laundry is located in the garage and is shared with the downstairs tenant. Laundry hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM only.

Vigil family stay
This place worked well for our San Fran visit. We always enjoy the “home” feel such as meal prep, activity planning, ease of access to fitness center and stores. This also served as a good mid point for all we did in the Bay Area - 49er game, Alcatraz and Fisherman Wharf, then trip into Wine Country. Thanks Vigil family.

We cannot stay in fhe property because since we was to arrive in the midnight and it seemed to me that there were too many requirements to bother the neighbors who were downstairs (who had no idea that it would be like a type living shared) and we decided not to get there and look for a hotel that was available at that time. But thankful that you booked me. You don't have to clean because no one uses or enters your place. Thank you

Affordable stay with quick access to the city
Quiet and nice neighborhood, with easy access to shops and also to the city. Our party was quite large but the spacious apartment accommodated all of us easily. We travelled with a full passenger van that could fit in the back driveway leading to the garage.

It was clean. Had alot of room. Wasn't sure staying with kids how the person below would like. One thing I thought it needed was a rail for the last steps at the very top going in the unit. It also would have been nice to have paper towels and kleenex.

This home has a lot of potential. The good-gated, good location, nice size apartment, great communication with owner. The bad - broken blinds creating holes throughout the apartment so you don’t feel you have privacy at night-should replace or hang up curtains-the furniture in the dining room and living room should be replaced. They all have coveralls and to me I don’t like fabric because you don’t know if it is clean but it also cheapens the look of this beautiful living room and dining room. Would I recommend yes once the blinds situation is fixed.

Awesome location in a great property
Property was even better in person than in the pictures. The location is awesome. literally we caught the bus from outside the apartment to the BART and used that as the base for transport. Everything in the apartment was fantastic - from a full kitchen to comfy beds and a full washing machine and tumble dryer. I would highly recommend it for families! IF I ever went back to San Fran, we would stay there again!

Schöne, große Wohnung, ideal für Familien
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man als Familie (2 Erwachsene. 3 Teenager) so braucht: 3 Schlafzimmer mit insg. 4 Doppelbetten und 1 Einzelbett, 2 Bäder, großer Wohn-Essbereich, gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, etc. Alles war sauber und gemütlich. Die Umgebung: ruhig, mit vielen älteren Bewohnern, großer Supermarkt 20 Gehminuten, Bushaltestelle SamTrans Richtung Daly City gleich um die Ecke, Colma Station 15 Gehminuten. Man sollte beachten dass die MUNI-Zone (günstige Tageskarte) erst in Daly City beginnt und man bis dorthin für jede Fahrt mit dem Bus extra bezahlen muss (Clipper Card, 2,25 Dollar). Das summiert sich mit der Zeit… Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft!
