Overall nice hotel and amenities. The only issue was the ac in the room didn’t work and required a tech to come and reset it. Even afterwards it never got too cold for the temperature set and after a day it broke again and wasn’t worth calling in again. The happy hour and free snacks was great and no complaints there. Lastly the staff was accommodating especially since I checked in early but they weren’t very approachable. Most hotels I’ve stayed at would greet everyone as they walked in the front staff seemed to wait until you made the effort to speak first. Lastly the elevators on the south wouldn’t read our key card a few times making it frustrating to use and not being able to get to the correct floor.

This is a very nice hotel and very accommodating! They had a great complimentary breakfast and was actually delicious. The only downside of our stay was at some point the fire alarm had went off and everyone had to evacuate the building. Come to find out it was a false alarm. Other than that our stay was great! I would highly recommend staying here, I know I will be in the future.

What i liked most about the property was the modern and cleanliness. The morning cook to order eggs and omelet station was a nice touch to our hotel experience. The king bed was comfortable, pillows were a little worn down on the fluff, overall we would return to this location.

Water started leaking from the floor above ours and our fridge didn’t work. When we alerted the staff, they were very apologetic but didn’t do anything to fix the problems. They also promised to comp our parking and then didn’t follow through after a disappointing stay. Breakfast was also terrible and no bar or Starbucks options on weekend morning.

The property is well kept and the cleaning staff worked hard to keep everything looking nice and elegant. The rooms were spacious and the decor was nice. The breakfast buffet was really good. I would have rated 5 stars but the front staff needs re-training. I tried calling 3 times to the front desk and no one answered the phone. I went down and there were 3 staff members chatting. The next day we wanted to use the fitness center. There’s no sign showing where it’s located. We asked the front desk and they said there’s no fitness center. We asked if there’s a gym. She said there’s no gym. On their website it shows a fitness center. One of the other hotel guest told us it’s in the 3rd floor corner

This is a great hotel for families. The rooms are spacious. They have an amazing pool. Breakfast is delicious especially the omelette station.

We liked how clean and safe the hotel was. Our room was spacious and the breakfast selection was stellar. We would definitely stay again. The only downfall of this hotel is that they allow a swim school to provide swim lessons in their pool. This was not advertised on the website and was a big disappointment for my children as the pool was full for lessons.

Receptionist who helped me at the front desk... Marielle or Marienelle (applogies, if i spelled it wrong)... she made an amazing and exceptional impression. Complete opposite of what I had to deal with before I booked with this hotel. Friendly, professional and positive. She made my check in smooth. Will recommend this hotel to friends and family.
