The reviews about this place check out. Super dirty and it smelled disgusting like a combination of smoke and some product trying to mask it. Keep in mind I asked for a non-smoking room and the room still had an ashtray and it smelled horrible. The bathroom was an abomination, completely dirty! The bedsheets still had blood stains on them and burned holes in them. They also felt dusty and unsanitary. The AC unit worked but it was very dirty. The towels are a disgrace at this place. There were random hairs everywhere and the floors were not very clean.

Everything is run down and disgusting. I know it’s a motel 6 but woooww. Right off the bat, we get to our room, and no towels, soaked brown toilet paper, no cups, no soap. Complete disaster.

Don’t book this hotel!!
My husband and I have been in many hotels. However this motel 6 was so far the worst experience we had! First, we paid an extra $20 for early checking, which was fine, but we were expecting a clean room and wasn’t at all! Our bed wasn’t ready, the floor was clear dirty and we saw cat litter, used floss. We call the front desk to make our bed (we had nothing, no sheets, cover pillows) and they sent a younger guy that left all bedding to us to make the bed, he said he wasn’t a house keeper (????) how we pay a hotel and extra for early checking but we don’t receive the minimum for the staying? This was unacceptable!

My reservation was cancelled. I called the hotel number of times to speak to someone regarding my reservation and couldn’t get in contact until 10:45pm. Then was told my reservation was cancelled.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We got to our hotel to check in & the person at the front desk said that our hotel room had been canceled. I never cancelled the reservation. They had no double bed rooms left & we were made to buy a room with ONE BED, when there was 4 people. Definitely not using hotels.com ever again!!

I normally don’t write reviews but the place was Terrible, a bunch of homeless around the area. I did not feel safe, and definitely not a safe environment for children. The place was not clean at all. Smelled a lot like cigarettes even the towels had the stench of cigarettes. Just writing this for anyone that’s looking for a place to stay definitely would not recommend. Nothing like they have on the pictures. What really triggered me was that a place like this would ask for a $50 deposit fee and cash only! 😒 definitely not worth it !

Excuse me, sir?
Upon check in the clerk said, “there’s nothing wrong with the room” multiple times, “It smells a *little* like smoke but there’s nothing wrong with it.” I was hard-up for a room so I took it. After entering the room I pulled back the cover to expose the sheet and flipped the pillow. There on the pillow was a good-sized earwig that didn’t budge (are you used to this?) and a well-stained sheet. I returned to the front desk where there stood four others complaining about housekeeping. It took an hour to receive my refund. I slept in my car in the parking lot because it was cleaner.
Excuse me, sir? Checkout was at 11.
Probably not coffee  or tea.

Next to a loud freeway,they demanded a 50 dollar cash deposit after charging my card . Ice machine only by office, shower has very little water pressure door has been kicked in and screwed together hard to close homeless are on stairways

No more SB motel 6
The front desk attendee was not friendly at all. She didn't give me a parking pass to avoid towing. The room had debris all over the floor including the bed. There was no remote and there was no curtains for the shower. When they switched my room the drain plug didn't have a cover. The floor was dirty also. Plus I found a roach!

This place is totally understaffed and mismanaged. Rooms are not cleaned befire check in time thus you have to wait 30-40 minutes to receive a room. There all kinds homeless and street people hanging around. In a word ghetto. It's definitely asketchy placenot suitable for familiues.

Room’s a/c was inoperative and you can tell, it’s been deferred for a long time. The cash deposit taken at the desk with no deposit is sketchy. That’s a first. No ice? I think it’s time for ice. My husband, with a disability making him unable to walk was denied restroom use- for 40 minutes.

First off the room wasn’t ready til a hour after I arrived. The room was not fully clean, dirty sheets with a awful smell. You could tell the place don’t get dusted the brown cabinets showed all the dust bunnies. Found old dusty sock on shelves. Under bathroom sink was a big hole in wall with towels shoved in it. Fridge was not plugged in so they brought a orange extension cord and ran from bathroom. Unsafe with my toddler. Not to mention all the noise/fighting people did ALL NIGHT LONG. Hard to sleep and had my toddler crying because he was scared. Could not leave due to them having a non refund policy. The night staff is horrible. Called office several times after 9 no answer til after 6 calls for toilet paper, never got it. Called in morning several times no answer. Called from my cell phone and they picked up after 4 calls. Finally got toilet paper at 8:40 in the morning. I most definitely will not ever stay there again, nor will I recommend it.

A lot of activity going on. Random people knocking on your door, restroom had old bar of soap behind the sink, shower curtain was ripped just a lot of weird stuff going on there. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay there. We didn’t even stay that’s how bad it was really bad vibes 😡😡😡😡swimming pool was green
