Enjoy a private entrance to a unique, welcoming and spacious studio suite located in a safe neighborhood. Property accommodates 1-2, perfect for couples or solo travelers. Beautiful framed original art pieces adorn the walls of the studio which features one queen-size bed on an adjustable base supporting a comfortable mattress approved by the Congress of Chiropractic State Assns. The space has a beautiful living/sitting area with large TV, a large pub-height table with ample space to dine or set up your laptop, free high-speed WIFI and cold AC at your fingertips. Recharge any time of day with a fresh hot beverage from the coffee/tea bar that sits alongside a microwave and fridge (unit does not have a full kitchen). Occupants are welcome to enjoy use of backyard patio that has a table and chairs, it's a great place to enjoy that cup of coffee in the mornings or cool beverages in the evening! Has a totally private bathroom with shower (with good pressure and plenty of HOT water)! Covered and well-lit parking. Use of laundry room, iron & ironing board are available upon request.

Check-in time is 3 pm but can be as early as Noon if available. Available for up to 5 nights but will consider longer stays. Property is very clean, after each stay, Owner applies and wipes down with disinfectant all TV, AC, and bed remote control devices as well as all drawer and door handles.

I personally live in the house and have a separate entrance. The studio is separated by a deadbolt lock door and will remain locked at all times for your and my privacy and safety. I assure that you will experience a complete sense of privacy in the studio. I have been in operation for 4 years and have never had anyone not feel totally comfortable and at ease in the space.

Property centrally located with easy access to 410 and I-10. Airport is 4 miles and downtown is 10 miles. Easy access to medical center area (5 miles), North Star Mall and Park North Mall (both 3 miles), also Lackland AFB is 15 miles. Major grocery supermarket and several eateries are located within half-mile radius as well as other friendly neighborhood bar establishments, a few of which feature karaoke.

Great studio apartment
The studio apartment is very nice. Melinda met us when we arrived. She has a board inside with everything you need to know about her place. The neighborhood is very quiet and a few blocks from the freeway so it’s easy to go other places. We went to Fredericksburg, Boerne and San Antonio well we were there. Definitely would stay here again.

My 2nd stay here, I thought it would be my secret getaway, but I decided to invite my partner, and he loved it as I do; authentic, down to earth, comfy, close to everything. Coffee on the patio was lovely. Take the owner's recommendations on food and the area. Oh, and the softest towels.
