great location and clean home

We had a great stay and would probably book again. The only issue was the kids bedroom was not very dark, so naptime was hard with so much light coming in. The location was great and the furnishings were comfortable.

Fantastic home and location

We appreciated how spread out the bedrooms rooms were for added privacy. The house is clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen lacked a coffee pot but provides a keurig. We stayed for 5 nights and found downtown accessible while the neighborhood restaurants and coffee options are also good. Lots to do within walking distance.

Perfect for our family visit to SA

The house was so well set up for the 3 generations to include a walking 11 month old. Location cannot be any better, close to shopping, restaurants, Pearl area and other excursions. Dont look any further! Book this house for your stay in SA!

Best place of all we have stayed!

Our son is a student at Trinity University, so we stay in the area frequently. This is by far our favorite!! The house is great (even nicer than the pictures), the location is fabulous, and we hope we can stay here each and every time from now on!!

Visit for Lackland AFB graduation.

Very nice stay. Beds were good, firm. House very clean. Neighborhood was relatively quiet. Close to Riverwalk and lots of restaurants. Quick access to highway. Took 15-20 minutes to AFB. Few Minor maintenance issues but they could be repaired in a few minutes.

Nephew BMT Graduation

I was in San Antonio for my nephew's AF basic training graduation. The location of our VRBO rental was very close to everything we visited in San Antonio. The home was beautiful. We all enjoyed our stay in this home and in the city. I would definitely want to stay in this home again and highly recommend it!

My husband and I booked Casa Guillermo for a last-minute San Antonio getaway. The home was clean, charming, and a convenient 5-minute Uber from downtown! We loved the primary suite and especially the extra large shower. Would recommend and stay again!

Had a very nice stay. House was in a convenient location to everything we were doing in San Antonio. It was evident the house had been remodeled and was perfect for a friend's getaway. Note: there were two men's shirts hanging in the front room closet that did not belong to us. Also, the ice maker would not stop making ice once tray was full.

Over all pretty good, only few complaints are that the front door lock was actually unlocked when I got to the property, and one of the bedroom windows was unlocked. Then in the middle of the night I noticed the attic light was on, which really freaked me out. Also, the neighbors have very bright motion sensor lights that kept my 4 year old daughter up all night. The curtains in bedrooms don’t filter out any light, so if you have children that need to go to sleep before the sun goes down or nap during the day, you may have trouble.

Older house with upgrades. Front porch needed cleaning. Bird dropping all over the steps to the porch. Air conditioner controls were difficult. thermostat would not stay on selected setting. It kept reverting back to a default. Neighborhood was quiet.

We were in town for Thanksgiving with our family. The house was pretty much what was advertised. Just a couple small issues. The neighbors on the east had motion lights that went on and off throughout the night. Just happened to be outside the master bedroom. Thanksgiving dinner takes a pretty good selection of pot, pan and tools, definitely could use more. Overall, nice home in a good location.

We absolutely loved Casa Guillermo and would recommend! Our host was great with communication and the house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location. My sisters and I rented the home along with our families and it was accommodating for all. We had a kitchen big enough for us all to cook in and we played games around the dining room table. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Perfect for 4 of us. I liked the well stocked K cups 😊. I suggest watching the video on using the thermostat in the master bedroom side and for some reason, it would adjust to 80F in the middle of the night so it got warm by the time we woke up. San Antonio Family Getaway

We stayed at Casa Guillermo for 3 days this past Labor Day. The house more than lived up to our expectations. It was very centrally located near the zoo, Riverwalk, restaurants, freeway, etc. It was clean and well-maintained with very comfortable beds. It works well for families but would also be great for couples or a girls’ weekend. Our host was very responsive and helpful. When I mentioned there were no children’s dishes and utensils she immediately ordered and had delivered to us the next day. We would definitely stay here again when in San Antonio and highly recommend to others.

Comfortable location

What a cozy neighborhood and home. Wonderfully restored with a large kitchen and comfortable beds. The master shower is perfection with plenty of linens available. Separate toilet area is a plus. The restored wood floors creak and the train whistle distantly blows in this otherwise quiet area of town. Next door neighbor has motion detection lights which light up two of the three bedrooms. I’d just pack a pair of eye shades, put them on and go back to sleep. Convenient to most attractions especially St. Mary’s street district and Trinity University. We went farther afield to tour the three Spanish missions we had missed previously. We ate at Cappy’s on Broadway, La Fonda on Main and Dean’s downtown. The iTrip management was quick to respond to my initial message when I booked. AND no clean up expected as with other agencies when you depart the premises. Nice bonus ( we did load and start the dishwasher. Old habits are hard to break).
