It’s 11 pm still waiting for other bed because they says EXPEDIA offer other rooms instead the availability they have. , the first solution was “I can cancel and give you the money back” at 9 pm to go out to look for other hotel !!!!!!!!! Then that are going to give me other room !!! Nothing and now that they are going to bring other bed ! Still waiting

Got in 12am n checked in. It supposed to be 2 queens bed n 1 sofa sleeper. It had 2 sofa sleeper n 1 queen. Had no sheets or blanket or pillows for either of them. Had to go down to get them. Opened one of them up, mattress was filthy, flipped over n urine stained. The blanket he gave us, opened and there was a bed bug on it n went to show the clerk the bug n gave us another blanket. Then other bed the blanket had a 5” hole in it n blue stains on it also. There was a chase chair n u wouldn’t want to sit on it, stained. My 3 grandchildren slept on the cleaner one, sofa bed. We should have slept in our RV but it was late n needed to get up n showered for Six flags n have breakfast the five of us. We booked for two days n refused to stay second night n get a refund, should have asked for full refund. I took pictures of what we had to deal with

Hotel does not look like the pictures. There was no hot water and water pressure was low. The outside was dirty and there were random people outside all hours who even looked into cars. The only good things were the breakfast and that the location was right off of the highway for convenience to all of our destinations.

Arrived to hotel and during breakfast and found out pool was closed 2 out of 3 day i was there. Room was ok but the missed a day in cleanning my room. elevatior broken a line was formed to go up stairs. food was good.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! We drove from Colorado to San Antonio for vacation. Showed up to the hotel and checked in as normal. First thing I noticed was the floors in the lobby were dirty, but brushed it off as it could be busy high traffic area. I even noticed the hallways to the room had not been vacuum in a very long time. Made it into our hotel room and saw hard wood floors in the room just disgusting full of dirt and tiny leaves and crumbs, next I see the bed has a bunch of tiny black hairs all over them as if they did not change the sheets they just re made the dirty bed. I also noticed the fire alarm was disconnect wich I think is illegal. I noticed blood dripping down the toilet. And the refrigerator did not work in the room. I went down to lobby to ask to get my room cleaned and they said sorry they'll deal with it.... never did I ended up taking the broom that was in the lobby to sweep my own floor. I went to take a shower NO HOT WATER! I told the front desk as there was a line of other people complaining of the same thing. They said hot water will be back in an hour... there never was. At this point it was midnight no bed were remaid and the room still dirty. I asked to speak to manager and they said manager Lisa will be in in the morning. Got up at 8am to talk to manager and the guy said oh sorry manager will be here Tomorrow she's in a meeting. At this point there lying blowing everyone off. The cleaning lady comes out with major additude and says....

Horrible Place!!! No hot water last night, and this happened in our pervious stay here as well. Also a car stolen in the parking lot, plus they did not honor the room we reserved originally and gave us a much smaller room with fewer beds. We were supposed to have two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. They gave us a room with one king bed and a couch. The straw that broke the camel's back is when we came in at 11pm and all had to take showers in cold water. We are checking out of the hotel in the hotel refused to give us a refund on the remaining two days of our reservation. Absolutely a nightmare of a place to stay and highly recommend staying anywhere but here.

We booked a two king room but they don’t even have that option. This info needs to get fixed on Expedia. Also, there is no hot water, just lukewarm water for the entire duration of our stay.

The hotel did not have hot water. The front desk claimed the hot water would be fixed in the morning, but it was still not fixed. Overall the cleanliness of the hotel was sub par. Trash in the halls, room seemed unswept. The door latch was a huge crater that made the door seem loose from the outside. The elevator locked up and we had to wrestle out. Just a lot of basic maintenance issues.

There was no hot water for a day. The staff was poorly behaved. When we questioned about the hot water situation, he asked ‘you want us to put everything aside for you to take a shower?’ Very disrespectful and disappointing stay.

My 92 year old Granny and I flew to San Antonio to visit my brother and his wife and to meet their first baby. This was our Granny’s 18th great-grandchild. Finding a hotel that would be safe and handicap friendly was important. This was the perfect hotel. Granny has trouble walking and uses a walker. This place was set up perfectly.

No hot water, one broken elevator until the day we left, short staffed, didn’t clean rooms when we were gone, and management was not helpful with any of the problems. Wouldn’t recommend, especially if traveling with kids. Several other guests had the same complaints.

Some other points: pool wasn't clean, TP holder was dangling off the wall, shower water was tepid, the room needs darkening window coverings, bath sink cabinet paint is peeling at base and needs repair, floor lamp has rust stains on the base.

The staff was extremely nice and provided excellent customer service. We had an issue with Expedia not conveying the order correctly. The staff communicated the issue and was able to accommodate us the next day. Expedia also provided a refund for the error. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom doors were solid and did a good job blocking sound (No one wants to hear everything you do in the bathroom, even if they are family!). The breakfast was good with lots to choose from. If you don't like free hotel breakfast, the hotel is sandwiched between Cracker Barrel, Jim's, and Scooter's Coffee! There were a bunch of minor issues that are probably age-related. The filtered water fountain not working, one or both elevators not working, minor chips in the paint, and general wear and tear.

We booked this property for two nights. Upon arriving the facility didn’t look as inviting. It doesn’t help the building looks old nothing like the pictures. Many of the doors and walls have chipping occurring; the carpet in the hallways could use some cleaning. There were two elevators, but one was not working on the day of arrival. As we arrived in our room it smelled awful there was a lot of chipped furniture, and the toilet wasn’t even flushing. It looked more worn down than your average motel chain room. Went down immediately and was moved to another room. The second room also had chipped walls, but furniture was at a better state. The restroom smelled awfully. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower. By the second night the second elevator stopped working; we had already been taking the stairs since it was quicker. Yet, it made other guests go up and down the stairs causing a lot of commotion in the stairways and lobby. Honestly, as frequent guests to out of town tournaments this has been a first disappointment-will definitely consider reading reviews in other sites prior to booking online.

This property is pretty old and run down. Elevators were broken which isn’t a problem for my family except I witnessed a disabled veteran on his final two steps carrying his bag down. Not convenient for both elevators to be out. No hot water for shower. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good!
