Both the 7th and 8th floor smelt of mildew. They were having the carpets cleaned, maybe there was a water line break, but smelt bad enough that everyone we traveled couldn't stand staying in their rooms. We were told there was a bar on the premises, then informed it was only open for 2 hours a day. Pretty disappointed, will not be returning.

The service was great, complimentary breakfast and dinner was good. The hotel provides good service and the staff is high customer service quality. The only downside was the elevator taking to long for access but still 5 star hotel.

This place looks way expensive and we were shocked it was in our normal over night price range, the property is easy on and off of I-10 and right next to the RIM shopping area. The place is huge but very quite. we had no issues parking with a trailer. the breakfast is a bit on the LaQuita side but everything else was wonderful.
