This stylish house is perfect for group trips, whether it be for business or pleasure. Located across the road from the Sale Hospital and the Sale Football Oval and only a very short stroll to Lake Guthridge, Aqua Energy Leisure Centre and the Sale Bowls Club with dining available at the Lakeside Club.

Having recently finished construction in April 2024, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is as new as they come!
King bed in the Master Bedroom & Queen beds in Bedrooms 2 & 3. Open plan living/kitchen area, ducted central heater, air-conditioning, double garage, laundry with washing machine and dryer, TV's in the living room and master bedroom, fully enclosed yard, office area with WIFI, coffee pod machine, outdoor entertaining area with BBQ free of use

Guests have full access to the house including the garage, laundry and outdoor area. Pricing is for 4 guests only, there is an extra charge per guest per night for extra guests up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please note - whilst guests have full private use of the house some bedrooms may be locked depending on how many guests are staying.

Spotless and perfect in every way.
This property is brand new. It has been thoughtfully presented, and contains everything you could possibly need for a short - or long - stay. Induction chargers by each bed, full laundry, well equipped kitchen, stocked with the necessities ( and a welcome packet of Tim Tams!). This includes a range of teas and coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and full fridge. The bedrooms have very comfy beds and there are two bathrooms. The second bathroom is configured, with a separate toilet and extra basin, so that many people can get ready at once, in private. There is an outdoor area, with barbecue, that we didn’t use. We stayed for a special family event and it could not have been more perfect. If I could give six or more stars, I would. Thank you !!!
