SAD hotel, law breakers though. Read my review!
At first, the hotel smelt like paint and cigarette smoke. Some of the staff were really helpful, while others were not. We ended up staying at the hotel during Super Typhoon Yutu. The hotel turned off the power and water before the storm came. During the storm, they turned on the power and water from 12pm-3pm and then 8pm-12am to conserve whatever fuel they had for the generator. The manager/owner raised the prices during the super typhoon, which is illegal. When I asked to speak to him, he never came to my room. When I checked out, I asked to see him to speak about the prices, he never came. The front desk supervisor assisted us and made sure we were taken care of. The owners of the hotel (the manager and his kid(s)) did not understand English and were very rude. When asked for extra towels, they gave attitude and raised their voices at me. If it wasn't for the front desk supervisor and one of the ladies, I would've called Hotels.com and required them to move me out ASAP. This is not a hotel you want to stay at if you are not Chinese. The breakfast was a joke. They had food that was cold, when it was supposed to be warm. SAD! WILL NEVER STAY here again, thanks to the owners.

Hello, customer. I'm glad you could make suggestions. I will accept it, but I hope it is true! First: Before the typhoon, the hotel did not stop supplying power and water. This is the official closure of the SAIPAN .CUC. You can check it. Second: During the typhoon, the official water supply and power supply are closed. The hotel provides customers with fuel, electricity and drinking water supply by purchasing fuel. However, you should understand that during the typhoon, fuel and drinking water are purchased in a limited amount, not as much as you want to buy, so we can only supply them in a limited time. I hope you can. Understand! Third: On the price issue, because the purchase of fuel and drinking water led to a sharp rise in costs, we have the idea of raising prices, but considering natural disasters, we should help the people here, so finally we did not raise prices; Fourth, during the typhoon, all the washing plants were closed, in order to ensure everyone. We all have clean towels. We do not provide extra ones. I believe everyone will understand this. Fifth: breakfast supply time: 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Finally, there are many Americans, Koreans and Chinese living here. We hope to be friends with them. Similarly, I hope to be friends with you. Have a good trip.

Great Value
Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they let me have late checkout because my flight left early evening. My only complaint was the pillows, they were uncomfortable.

Beware!
During check in hotel collection $100 for deposit MUST be CASH! Never experience this!! During check out house keeping inspect room, claim there is a stain on bath towel, imply I need to pay for towel if stain cannot be washed. RIDICULOUS policy!! Very unethical way to juice hotel guest for more money

Hello customers, because many customers will take out the hotel towel and use it and lose, it will bring a lot of loss and inconvenience to the hotel. We will not supply stains to customers, so we need to purchase and transport them from New China. The cost is very high. I hope you can understand, and wish you a pleasant journey.

Unsatisfying stay!
The hardware is excellent, but it smells too bad. The waitors are not experienced, it seems they don't know what to do. And they are careless and often forget to change the new washwares. The sound proof is bad. It is too far away from the downtown and you have to rent a car. Overall, I felt very bad!

市街地から遠い。。
当方日本からの旅行で利用しました。 サイパン市街地のガラパンまでは徒歩での移動はやや遠く、タクシーが必要。 ホテルでタクシーを頼むことは可能だが白タクが来る…… レンタカーなら良いかも。 中国の方が営んでいるホテルで、清掃が入った形跡はあるが、シーツ等の交換は一切なし。 あくまで整えるだけ。 リーズナブルな価格帯のため気にしない方には良さそうです。 あと、スタンダードのお部屋は全て冷蔵庫がなしのため、ドリンク等は冷たいうちにお召し上がり下さい。

바다와 도로 하나를 두고 있고 시내와 가까워 위치적으로도 굉장히 좋아요. 바다와 나란히 건물이 아니므로 기대하는 씨뷰는 아닙니다. 리모델링해서 그런거 굉장히 깨끗합니다. 벌레하나 보지 못했습니다. 중국인 호텔처럼 꾸미로 TV로 중국말로 나옵니다. 숙박하면서 TV 한번도 제대로 못봤습니다. 조식 무료이나, 중국식 음식으로 메뉴가 5가지? 정도로 적어서 뷔페정도는 아니고, 조식에 쥬스 한잔 없습니다. 그냥 한국 맥심커피 만 제공 되더라구요. 디파짓 100달러 있습니다. 절대 침대커버에 뭐 흘리지 마세요. 얼룩지면 디파짓에서 차감합니다. 베드 2개 얼룩지면 하루 숙박비용 정도 없어진다고 보시면 됩니다. 어딜가나 중국인이 많고 시끄럽습니다. 이런 부분은 다른 호텔 리조트도 공통적인 부분 아닐까 생각합니다. 결론적으로, 깔끔합니다. 침대도 편안하고... 정말 잠만 괜찮게 잘 수 있는 곳 입니다.

中国人が大半
始めて宿泊しましたがサイパンで部屋に冷蔵がない。冷たいものが飲めなく残念でした。ベットルームとシャワールームの壁がすりガラスになっているためシャワーを浴びている姿が丸見え、これを良しとするか、だめとするかちょっと気にかかりました、予約時要注意。中国人(私たち以外は中国人だけだっと思います)の廊下での会話がとてもうるさかったです。良い点はルームWIHI、今まで宿泊したSAIPANのホテルで最強でした。
