Nice privately owned motel for a small town. Great price and comfortable for the night. Definitely on the vintage side, but very practical and worth staying here.

Room had been upgraded with faux wood in place of carpet, which always makes things cleaner. Bathroom was not new, but passable. No shampoo provided. Sleeper sofa was old and looked like it had seen much better days. The worst things was going into the bathroom for a shower only to find it occupied by hundreds of crawling and flying insects. Proprietor was kind and apologetic and brought in bug spray, which was way too little so deal with the invasion. He ended up giving us a different room but by then we were so disgusted that it was difficult to sleep. Worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We should have been given a refund, or at least a significant discount.

We have stayed in handicapped rooms. Room 101 was excellent, Room 108 not so good. Room 108 was also very good, not handicapped. Coffe in the mornings, but too late for early risers.

Nice property for the price and convenient location. Sacramento has an out of control homeless problem so the negative ratings are more about that than the property itself.

The guy at the front desk is rude. No parking always full the walls have mold in the restroom the toilet seats are smaller then the actual toilet its disgusting worst stay .

For a really low cost place, the experience was at the higher end of expectations. The room was nice enough, comfortably clean, fresh bed linens. There was no shampoo provided, no breakfast, and that was to be expected at this price point. The down side was thin walls and there were noisy kids running off steam before bedtime. At the price point it was to be expected.

As a single woman traveling alone i was concerned I had made a poor decision booking at this facility. The front desk man was polite and helpful and i felt safe during my stay. The property is run down but it was clean and comfortable. I did not see homeless or loiterers on or near the property. It was close to food and restaurants as well. I would stay again.

Clean but oddly there is a jacuzzi tub with 2 water knobs removed so the guest won’t be able to use it which is taking up 1/3 of room space.!?!? Anyway for the price we paid for the room - just for sleeping, it’s acceptable!
