With three couples, an infant and a dog, it's not easy to find a place in Westchester County, NY to be comfortable for a long weekend visit. This place checked all the boxes for us. The one-floor layout, 2 full bathrooms, 2 spacious living areas with sofas and easy chairs – It was perfect. We were there in the cold and snow of February, but in nice weather the big deck and fully fenced backyard would have added to our enjoyment.

Clean Roomy Comfortable Home, Quiet Convenient Location
This one-floor apartment in a larger home is roomy, well appointed and a great place for our family holiday gathering. Big sunroom/kitchen well-lit, with sound appliances that supported our big dinner cooking. Perfect for dogs - easy access to big fenced back yard or to walk through the quaint, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to groceries, other shopping to support our visit. Highly recommend this to adult groups/families. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions/needs.

Great Experience
Great experience staying at this location. Central location was so convenient and made travel to and from very easy. Check in and check out process as well as communication with host was wonderful. Incredibly clean home. Would definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Better option than staying in NYC
The house was larger than shown in the photos. My wife and I came down with the grankids to go shopping and thoroughly enjoys staying at the property. We hope to return here again frequently in the future. ps. Many thanks to the owner who was very accommodating to our needs.

The property is a multi-unit residence. It has 3 units total and all three are renters. We stayed in the middle unit position in-between the upper and basement unit. Pros, the location was near our tournament fields. Cons, We could hear noise from above, the back living room's blinds did not shut so very sunny in late afternoon and little privacy in evenings.

Address was Port Chester, not Rye Brook
I booked this due to my mom's funeral and I had elderly family members with me. Asked Rob several times about early check in and late check out and he said to check day of, no reply. Asked morning of check out again and he replied at 9:30 (check out is 10!) to say we could stay a little longer but by then we were already packing up because we did get automatic email cleaners would arrive right at 10. Think check out is to early. No wash cloths, ran out of hot water. Parking was confusing. We were told we had '3' parking spaces but only 2 were available, it worked out because we only had 2 cars.

The property address is definitely Rye Brook. We formerly lived there for 4 years. Some GPS it comes up as Port Chester because it is on the border. There is driveway parking for 3 cars. None of our listing have wash clothes, but we do provide bath towels, hand towels, shampoo, body wash, and sheets. We often have guests arriving the same day, and checkout of 10am is pretty industry standard, and when guests ask for later checkout of 11am, that is no problem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - house was a perfect setup for our group visiting from TX and WI. We have family in Mamaroneck, so the location was perfect for us for visiting with them locally, and also the location worked well for taking the train into the City for the day. Stayed for 2 weeks while having construction done in my home. Very nice and spacious place. High end kitchen, TVs, etc. and incredibly comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again if I need a place in the area.

Spacious and nicely renovated. Lots of places to charge electronics and work. Modern well stocked kitchen, master bedroom has spacious walk in closet. This unit has two off street parking spaces, very convenient. Several eateries at end of block and a great tuxedo rental store. Excellent stay, thanks!

Nice layout, spacious living room, sunny kitchen/sun room with great back yard. Two large TV's with extensive streaming services. Bedrooms cozy but roomy, heating and plumbing all very good. You'll love this place for a family stay and the owner is very pet friendly. Driveway parking, stores, services nearby, easy drive to Greenwich/Stamford or Westchester locations. HIghly recommend this location.

The space was perfect for our needs. Great to have such large TVs to watch the World Series. It was a beautiful fall weekend perfect for sitting on the deck. Would have loved to use the gas fire pit but there was no tank. Next time we are in town we will be look in Nov to stay here again.

The location and amenities were perfect for our family gathering and communications with the owner. There are only two issues that I do not recall reading in previous reviews about. Apparently, there is an apartment above the front bedroom of course that's where I was sleeping. The tenant arrived home late around12 am on a Friday night our 1st-night stay, the tenant was not considerate and was banging around a lot for 1hr and I was unable to fall asleep until 1:30-2 am Thankfully the owners requested to keep it gentle and the next night was a little better. The other issue was the operation of the air conditioning units. The one in the master bedroom did not work correctly and it was the hottest weekend in NY, 95-100 with 90% humidity. I was communicating with Rob and followed all of his instructions as the one he provides, but still, it did not work for us and it was a sauna-like hot, we opened all the doors and ran the other air conditioners on high. My daughters were sharing that room. Otherwise, it was a nice stay and we managed. It would have been nice to enjoy the outside but it was just too hot to be outside for too long.

Yes, guest in other unit came back from a concert at midnight. I did report the noise, and they said went right to bed but would keep it down the next night. After this guest out, I discovered the settings on one of the split duct units was not correct. They had ‘econo’ mode on instead of full AC, so system settings were wrong. AC in this apt has not been issue for previous or subsequent guests. This apt was our former home and we did many higher end updates than a normal rental.
