Pine cliff village

Stayed at pine cliff village for our 2 day weekend family trip. Room was nice and clean.living room TV needed an update beds were nice and comfortable overall it was a good experience for the price we paid we will be coming back here for our future trips to Ruidoso.

4th of July weekend

Staff was friendly and helpful. Unit was comfortable and pretty well equipped. Well located to shopping and restaurants. We were disappointed pool was closed due to broken pump, otherwise a good time.

The condos have everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are clean and in perfect condition. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a TV in each room. The programming is limited to basic cable. I would recommend replacing the TV's with smart TV's so guest can cast their own app programming. The beds are comfortable but the bed sheets need replacement. The tub needs replacement too. The heaters heat the rooms very quick and maintain the condo very warm which is very nice.
