Hotel is easy walking distance from Rotterdam Central Station. We arrived early and they served us free cappuccino and chocolate. They also let me check in early as I had a cold and wanted to rest. The free breakfast was excellent too. I recommend them.

The property seemed to suffer from inconstancy with the staff. One example is our departure from the hotel. My travelling companion left early in the morning and the front desk refused to order her a taxi, saying that it was an easy walk to the train station. When I checked out later the staff at the front desk more than happily called for a taxi to take me to the train station. Another issue with the hotel was we had no phone access in the room. There was a phone in the room, but no connection. When I asked at the front desk I was basically dismissed. The staff member said that they knew some of the phones did not work but did not realize ours was out of order. Now in this day and age with cell phones you may not consider this a problem, but in a foreign country and not knowing how to contact someone in case of emergency or need a wake up call it is a tad annoying.

The phone didn’t work, and after four nights of opportunity, we were told by the hotel that they could not fix it. Moving rooms is not an acceptable situation, the infrastructure needs to be ready to go or repairable… and it wasn’t. Included breakfast was half a disaster: The staff was extremely friendly, but they are woefully in need of tables for the amount of people they have staying here, and by all accounts on a regular basis. This has not been a one off, but the “breakfast room” simply is about 2/3 size max that it should be. Way too small with tables pushed far too close together.

Our shower stall grout was from the floor half way up way black with grout mold. I advised the staff. The dining area ran out of napkins after the first day and put out facial tissue instead. Good news, because I asked specifically for Gluten-free rolls at breakfast, I got hot rolls.

Nice hotel close to main train station. Tram station right in front. We are taking a cruise it’s a quick Uber ride to the terminal. Staff is extremely nice. Breakfast is an added plus. Rooms are new and a nice size. Great place to stay when visiting Rotterdam !!!

Breakfast excellent, rooms very comfortable. Personally the TV remote control didn't work - 1st world problems, no real matter! The reception area is a little cramped for both the popularity of this hotel and it's standard. The entrance to it is up a flight of stairs partially blocked by a large pillar so this gives a feeling that a hotel of far less quality lies ahead. The staff are exceptionally friendly however given that they always appeared to be busy. Overall - yes I would stay here again. Not as immediately close to Centraal station as perhaps advertised (5-6 minute walk) but I have a good feeling about my stay here. It is not popular for nothing.

Good location for proximity to Rotterdam Station. Breakfast was good with the timing schedules. Our room was too close to the bustle of the city and being mid week I would have preferred a room higher up. The shower whistled when you turned it on so this also needs looking at. We could hear our neighbours phone going off at all hours so this woke us up a fair bit.

Staff welcome excellent. Room well appointed, good view over city. Breakfast good, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, pastries, breads, ham, cheeses, salami, hard boiled eggs. Coffee, tea and juice on tap. Location perfect, especially for excellent tram service round city. Great value with very little compromise.

Excellent stay.
Very comfortable, quiet, easy stay while in Rotterdam for 2 nights. Close to Central station, the venues I was visiting and events I was attending, so the location and value was excellent. The included breakfast was very good with many offerings and well-organized service.

I had booked a 3 night stay. Due to early flight ex Amsterdam . I requested if we could have a transfer to holiday inn in Amsterdam as there was no train service on the weekend. There was no support. I checked out a day earlier and made my way to Amsterdam with an uber and book another hotel near the airport. It was an immediate no . Not even Let me check if possible Really sad for tourists

Great location
This hotel is in a good location to see Rotterdam and so near to the train and bus station. The service was standard, we was unable to use our VIP silver which was a shame. It was a comfortable and pleasant room. The breakfast was plenty.

Unfortunately the walls are quite thin and I was woken by a noisy /group on the same floor in the early hours. Not overly keen on the shampoo/soap - smelt very plasticky
