This is a well-maintained hotel. The room was spacious and very clean; the lady in charge of the housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was included and well presented with enough choices. The waitresses in the morning were always very accommodating, contrary to the not-so-helpful young waiter that worked in the afternoon/nights. The hotel is not close to the center of Rome but there is a bus stop at walking distance that takes you to the Laurentina metro station with service to the Coliseum and Termini stations.

Upon entering or leaving, the staff are extremely courteous and greet you/ wish you safe travels. The location is great for dining options and public transportation. The hotel itself is very clean and gated off to provide extra security. Ample parking!

Excellent dining at the hotel. Very helpful staff. Forty minutes to the airport plus or minus 30 minutes depending on time of day. Clean modern sleek. Adequate parking. Gated.

Best customer service around.
Rooms were good, but the customer service was amazing. The restaurant was the best I’ve been to in a while. The wait staff were really good and friendly. I highly recommend staying and eating here.

Excellent reception team. Restaurant was great for breakfast and evening meals Rooms very clean. Shuttle service was fantastic and very well managed by reception team. Always on time!

Business trip stay at Hotel Simon, Pomezia
The hotel is ok for the purpose. easy access, parking on site. The only negative is the very "simple" selection for breakfast. It is boring to chose every morning from only 2 type of salami, 1 type of cheese, scrambled egg and mini sausage... I suggest to improve this. The a'la carte dinner in the restaurant was however really good.

The property was really clean and tidy, staff were very friendly, no shuttle bus to the airport.

Nice hotel close to the shopping outlets
One of our friends lost her baggage keys and the hotel staff gave her lots of support to contact and follow up the case and provide good advice for her to solve the problem.

I booked this hotel thinking it was closer to the airport. However, we had a great experience with the staff, the cleanliness of the room was fantastic and they even had a nice little patio to hang out. This was a plus for my 1 year old son traveling with us. The breakfast was to die for. Great food and staff!

They were really helpful and their services are excellent. Also, near of the hotel, like 5 or 10 minutes walking you will have 2 supermarkets, the beach is 1 hour distance walking and the mall is like 30 min.

Nice Hotel, good idea to have outside entrance to the room where you can actually park your car and walk straight into your room.
