The apartment is situated at 4° floor, with elevator. The flat is great 65mq with a beautiful Balcony of 5mq, here there is a table with a chairs where you can enjoy the panorama of the city and get a glimpse of the magnificent Basilica of St. John in Lateran!

There is a parquet in all the flat. Here can leave comfortable 5 persons.
There is a luminous living room with an elegant table with chairs, one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed very comfortable and stylish, a large SMART TV and an efficient A/C; in the bedroom there is a new King size bed, a big closet and a large window.

Nice Location and cute Balcony
The Apartment was exactly as described, a good location, close enough to sites, but not loud. Cafe downstairs was a nice benefit. We traveled during a heat wave, after an initial back and forth regarding the AC, we were able to maintain the apartment temperature at a comfortable level.

Great apartment in a quiet but central neighbourhood!
My stay at this VRBO was fantastic! The location was perfect, situated in a quieter neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of tourists but still very accessible by public transportation or a short walk to major tourist attractions. The nearby Monti neighbourhood offered excellent food options. The apartment is equipped with both an air conditioning unit and a fan, which is excellent for Europe, though North American travelers might find it a bit warm during the summer months. The host was incredibly communicative and accommodating. She provided very accurate entrance instructions and allowed us to drop off our bags earlier than the check-in time, which was a huge convenience. Throughout our stay, she remained available and responsive via WhatsApp and the VRBO app. I highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with an outstanding host.

Great place!
This was a great property that we were able to enjoy our stay in while we explored Rome. The neighborhood felt very safe. The few restaurants around the area also had good food as well. One issue that some people that come from America may have is with the AC if you come in the summer time. It did get very hot at night, around 89°F, but if you are comfortable with this already, then it shouldn’t be an issue.

Beautiful and Centric Apartment in Rome
This apartment is stunning, beautifully maintained, clean, and comfortable, situated right in the heart of Rome. It's conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the train terminal, which offers direct access to the main airport (FCO) in just 30 minutes. The Colosseum and Roman Forum are only a 10-minute stroll away, while other attractions like the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon are easily accessible via the inexpensive M train on the subway. The host, Daniella, was fantastic. She frequently checked in on us and was always available to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this location. Thank you, Daniella, for everything!

One direction from the property did not seem like a very safe area for families. Walking from the Roma Termini train station to the property felt unsafe with our kids. There was even a fight at the bar downstairs during one of the nights that lasted for about an hour and police never even showed up. Given that, communication with Daniela was very good. She answered our questions and requests via WhatsApp quickly. The apartment itself was underwhelming. The shower had issues with water temperature and pressure. The AC was weak (by US standards). I'm honestly not sure how you can get to the Colosseum in 2 minutes. It was a lot longer than that. Overall, I would not recommend this property for families with younger kids. For adults only, it should be OK.

Great 5 days
Enjoyed staying here in May 2024. Had a couple of issues using VRBO app but good communication via email from host. The train details we were sent were from the other airport - slightly confusing initially but soon found a bus. The only complaint is the shower isn’t great but we’d definitely stay here again if in Rome.

Property was easy to get to, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions and public transport. My only complaint is that the cleaning staff came in on checkout day at 9:45AM while we were preparing to leave. Checkout is at 11.

Great Location!!
We enjoyed our stay very much! We anrr early and Daniela was very gracious to let us check in a bit early. The apartment is clean, and looks just like the listing description. It’s close to the Colosseum as described and walking distance to many other places. Our favorite part was sitting on the terrace every night and people watching. Our favorite restaurant nearby was Vecchia Roma.

Great Place, Great Location
The apartment was comfortable and Daniela communicated well. There was one issue and it was taken care of immediately. Daniela was flexible on our check-in time as well. The proximity to Roma Termini was fantastic. Easily walkable and we could anywhere from there. Little place on the bottom floor has great coffee in the morning - and a place to have a drink and conversation in the evening if you choose.

Location was excellent for Colosseum and Roman Forum. Transport links very close by. Quiet street, but not far from restaurants, bars, and supermarket. Apartment was just great; everything you need for a short break. Instructions and communication with host Daniela were spot on.

Spacious Rome apartment in a safe area
Close to grocery store, well equipped kitchen and comfy master bed. The closest metro stop was a 4 minute walk away. There are two nice restaurant bars just below the restaurant that are a bit busy but have a good vibe. This didn’t affect our sleep. The overall stay was decent but a bit misleading. The distance to the Coliseum is not accurate and the apartment sleeps 4 comfortably. Originally, there was supposed to be 2 adults and three teenagers for this booking. Luckily, there were only 2 teenagers that came along with one adult. Very spacious apartment and nice balcony. The host was responsive when contacted. The thermostat control was not accessible and was remotely controlled. I requested for it to be warmer and the host made the adjustment.

Great Location and Great Host
The location is perfect. Away from the hoards of tourists but close enough to everywhere. Quick walk from the train station. Easy check in, just a quick call and was let in. Coliseum is a quick 10 min walk through a nice park. A five min walk to the metro and you'll be near Trevi Fountain in five mins and the Vatican in 10. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants around. Again, couldn't ask for a better location. The host was wonderful. Had some unforeseen circumstances arise and she was very accommodating and helpful when it wasn't required. I would like to thank her very much. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in a good location!
This is a nice apartment in a just right neighborhood. The location on the 4th floor puts you above streetlight level and dampens the noise (which is just chatter from the restaurant below and wasn’t bothersome even with the windows open). The elevator is appreciated after a long day of walking but the staircase is open and bright. There are lovely bakeries and restaurants very close but out of the major tourist districts which makes them much less hectic. It is close to a small park and the metro stop, as well as the main train station. The apartment itself is spacious and the balcony is a nice bonus. Supplies are basic but the supermarket is an easy walk if you need more supplies. Daniela is a great host and was helpful to us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again!

2 Bedrooms is a bit misleading as one “bedroom” is the daybed sofa in the living room. Owner didn’t have many amenities in the apartment such as a bar of soap. We could not get the tv to work, but no big deal. The balcony was nice and as others have said the little cafe below was handy. Unit is close to recycling transfer station so it can be noisy if you want to leave windows open.

Great location! Balcony was a hit! The bar/cafe downstairs was wonderful! We got in late and didn’t have coffee or milk for the morning, so the manager sold us some very cheap to make, and the beds were comfy. Good WiFi.
