Excellent location!!! Walking distance to ALL the major sights. 2nd time stayed here, both times were fabulous!! Very clean & updated. Only negative- due to a 3 hr plane departure delay, we arrived after 9pm & was charged a late checkin fee which was annoying. They also did not give us enough towels for each guest until the 2nd day.

Very basic but clean
Had to stand on the street while waiting for agent with keys. Very compact. Shabby stairwell. Very thin walls. Shower drips badly for some time after use.

When Expedia changed our original choice to Ripetta Harbour Suite, we didn't know that this is an apartment without a reception desk. It was a shock to us when we were left stranded in front of a locked building early in the morning after we were dropped off by the taxi! Our 1st impression of Rome was not positive at all! Luckily, we were able to drop off our luggage at friends' hotel. This apartment complex does not have an elevator which should be disclosed to us when Expedia made the switch.

Manager forgot about my stay. I had to call the manager to meet me and check me in, eventhough i told them in advance when I would arrive. I was in front of door precisely at that hour. There was no elevator. I had go climb 3 flights of narrow stairs to arrive at room. Construction in progress during my stay. The room was acceptable, area was fine. I was happy and eager to leave. Will not rcommend anyone stay there. Management leaves alot to be desired.

Rosetta Harbour Suite: August 2018
Central location, easily walkable to the main historic sights and five minutes to the metro (and only four stops to the Termini railway station). Lots of local places to buy breakfast (but some are very expensive so shop around). Several small supermarkets within a five minute walk. Local area seemed safe at night; lots of police and armed soldiers in central Rome at the time of our visit. Not a hotel, so basic facilities only but the room was serviced daily.

Lovely suite to stay in
The room I stayed in was very clean and spacious with a modern bathroom and large walk in shower. The location was perfect, right in the middle of lots of designer shops and art galleries. The breakfast in the restaurant across the street was delicious and had lots of pastry and sweet treat options as well as cereal, eggs etc. Overall I absolutely loved the whole experience and would highly recommend the Ripetta harbour suites.

Great, once we got there
We had a rocky start, since we tried unsuccessfully for 2 hours to locate the transportation that we had arranged with the hotel. After the airport assistance desk was able to reach the hotel, they quickly sent someone. Gaetano was very apologetic and he provided us a fantastic dinner in his restaurant nearby. Breakfast buffets there were also wonderful. The room was very modern, but furnished with beautiful antiques, and clean. The location was right by Piazza del Popolo where our Pompeii tour was meeting. There were nice shops and restaurants nearby and we were able to walk to the Spanish Steps. It was a wonderful location for a very reasonable price. Loved the tiny elevator. Our transportation to the train station was waiting for us extra early.

In the Centre of Rome
Very helpful owner, arranging for transportation in style, cost much less than taxi,Mercedes cars. Excellent location close to Spanish Steps, Piazza del Poppolo. Breakfast in a restaurant across, selection very good, late 12:00 or 12:30 breakfast for us jet laggers. Dinner there fantastic and it helped to mention the hotel owner.

Nice clean room in a great location
We had a great stay in this beauty located on a good people watching side street off the main square. Room was immaculately clean with new fixtures. Enjoy the walk from the street up the unique staircase and hallways. The owner also has a restaurant across the street that includes a delicious breakfast buffet. Overall great value!

Couldn't get a hold of the apartment owners/staff before arrival to arrange check-in (as instructed to do in the reservation), but was relieved to find the staff waiting for me at the front door upon arrival. Don't stress if you can't reach them before arrival. Up a couple of flights of stairs in an old building, so be prepared, no lift. We stayed in a recently refurbished junior sweet. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Very friendly service (when around), great wifi, nice breakfast across the street (great dinner there as well). Nice location, 5 minutes from metro station, heaps of shopping,restaurants and historical sites nearby. Highly recommended, as long as you can climb ~40 stairs. Would return next time in Rome!

Excellent Stay
We were greeted literally as we came out of the taxi by coincidence which was good because there is no sign for the hotel. I would say that is the only thing they may need to improve on. We were treated with the upmost respect shown to our rooms and offered dinner at the hotel across the street. The food was pretty good. The room was small but quaint. It felt so good coming back to the room after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast was very good and the service at the restaurant matched the service given by the owners respectful and friendly. If I were to visit Rome again this would definitely be my choice of hotel.

A experiência foi ruim. Mandei mensagem antecipadamente dizendo o horário que iria chegar, em torno das 10 horas da manhã. E quando cheguei não havia ninguém para nos receber. Precisei ligar, gastando minha minha internet do Brasil, já que ainda estava sem o chip para usar na Itália. Quando consegui falar fui informada que não havia ninguém para nos receber e que deveríamos deixar nossas malas num outro local, por 5 euros cada porque eles só estariam lá à tarde. Profissionalismo zero. Tinha me hospedado nesse local há 3 anos, quando o proprietário era outro, e a experiência foi muito boa, apesar de ter que subir 3 lances de escada para o quarto. Descobri sobre a mudança do proprietário apenas após a reserva, mas não sabia que iria me arrepender. Nesse não fico mais.

Pas isolé...beaucoup de bruit entre deux chambre l'impression de vivre avec les voisin....souci de pression dans la douche.... Par contre tres attentionné avec le cafe,thé et une vienoiserie chaque matin....menage et lit fait quotidiennement....et tres bien situé géographiquement....ne pas s'attendre à un hotel...a rome beaucoup d'appartements transformé en chambres....d'où le bruit en côte a côte.....

La posizione è ottima. La camera non spaziosa, ma il materasso era molto comodo. L ingresso e le scale sono un po' trascurate ...andrebbero rimbiancate le pareti . Sarebbe utile avere la possibilità di poter depositare i bagagli all' interno della struttura dopo in check out per qualche ora prima della partenza .

Week-end en amoureux a Rome nous y avions séjourné dans un autre établissement à l’epoque Non loin de Ripetta Harbour nous connaissions les environs. Tout est accessible a pied seul proleme les cloisons sont bien trop fine a telle point que la famille qui sejournait à côté de nous nous reveiller chaque jours a 8h et faisait un bruit monstre!!! La chambre dans l ensemble propre mais lors de l acceuil aucun conseil de l hote juste la remise des clefs. Heureusement que nous avions un forfait telephonique nous permettant d appeler depuis l europe car sans cela impossible de joindre la propriétaire de la chambre.

Beliggenheten var perfekt, vi gikk til alle de store severdighetene. Personalet var særdeles hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Er behjelpelige med å bestille og skrive ut billetter til severdigheter. Det tilbys privat transfer fra og til flyplasen til en god pris. (8 euro rimeligere enn vanlig taxi) God frokost på en restaurant rett over gaten. De har også en enkel frokostbuffè ved resepsjonen, vi kunne velge hvor vi ville spise. Man må opp fire trapper for å komme til rommene, verdt å merke seg om det byr på problemer. Rommet var helt ok, med minibar med gratis drikke og snacks som blir fylt på daglig. Rent var det, håndklær ble byttet daglig og rommet vasket. Gratis wi-fi :-)
