CasaRubino consists of 3 bedrooms, warm and bright, a kitchen with all appliances and a large balcony. Each room has a private bathroom and you can choose between the bedroom purple, green and yellow.
CasaRubino offers its guests the bed linen and towels, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing boards, air conditioners, hot and cold, wi-fi.
At the table there is room for 6 people and the pantry is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and salt.
Upon arrival, guests will find a bottle of local wine and regional products, on the house.

POSITION:
The apartment is located in Via Etruria around the corner from King's Square in Rome (San Giovanni) and famous central square with all kinds of services (supermarkets, McDonald's, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, clothing stores, cash machine) and the known Via Appia Nuova, one of the most famous streets for shopping in Rome where you can find shops of the major Italian fashion brands and foreign.
It 'just 500 meters from the Basilica of Saint John in Lateran and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, two of the four most ancient basilicas of Rome, and milestones for the sightseeing tour of Rome, the Market Via Sannio, very famous in Rome, the award-winning 'Bar Pompi' (Via Alba Longa), where you can sample the famous 'Tiramisu' (coffee or fruits) or try a rich aperitif.
It 'is a 15 minute walk from the COLOSSEUM, ROMAN FORUM by, or if you prefer you can go by metro or bus 87. And '4 metro stops, lineaA, from Termini Station.
The apartment is easily accessible from both airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and the central Termini Station is 4 metro stops.
The nearest metro stop (Line A) is 'King of Rome', just 5 minutes away, with which, in a few minutes, you can reach Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, Vatican City etc.

Great place!

Great family apartment
This apartment was perfect for the 5 of us - 5 bathrooms! It’s a little outside the hustle of the more touristy areas in a neighborhood that has everything you need, which we loved. Easy to get to all the Rome attractions we wanted to visit. Our host was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Our family of 5 adults was very comfortable in this 2 bedroom & 1 bedroom/family room with a couch conversion to a bed. The unit was immaculate, the host extremely communicative and helpful. They offered restaurant suggestions nearby and we also enjoyed Poppies for breakfast right up the street. One thing to pay particular attention to is the walking distance from the Coloseum. We had to frequently use taxi services for the tours we chose because the apartment was so far away.

This was a very clean and comfortable home base for my while we toured Rome. Irina greeted us when we arrived and was available for questions. This location is only a short (5 minute) walk to the metro and to a taxi stop. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay that is not right in a tourist area, this is a great choice.

Giro D Italia surprise
Trip of a lifetime! My husband and I took our 4 young adult/teenage sons to Rome for the first overseas trip of our lives! The location of this apartment and its accommodations were absolutely perfect for our Rome adventure! Our family- particularly my husband, has been biking since he was a young child. Much to our delight the Giro D Italia was doing the last stage around the Colosseum just hours after we arrived at the apartment. We walked from the apartment through true Italian neighborhoods and arrived at the Colosseum to see something we never thought we would see! Then we head back to the apartment and had an amazing night sleep. The 3 bathrooms were brand new and beautiful, which allowed us to get out the door quickly. The kitchen was so well stocked, we were able to cook a few breakfasts before heading out for the day. Fruit stands and restaurants were close by too! This was a true Italian experience!!!

First trip to Italy
Our flight changed and we arrived at 1:30 am at the apartment. Our host Irina was in touch with us all the time and even offered to assist with sending someone for us at the airport. However, we did not need it. A pleasant young man was waiting for us and showed us around the apartment and made sure we understood everything. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable, and very safe. The big plus is that all three rooms have a full bathroom and there is an air conditioner in each of them and also one in the dining/kitchen area. There's a pharmacy and supermarket right across the street. The Metro station is short walk away and there are restaurants withing walking distance. I highly recommended this apartment for a small group or family. Thank you Irina for a wonderful stay.

This proved to be a great base from which to explore Rome, surprisingly quiet but with various shops and the Metro all close by. As we found on the first day, the apartment is a lot more than a ten minute walk from the Colosseum. But there are lots of buses into different parts the city once we worked out what to do about getting tickets. Would certainly return here if we decided to come to Rome again.

Very comfortable and spacious location with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed having 3 bathrooms for 4 people and the kitchen was large enough for us to gather when the living room was being used as a bedroom. The metro was a quick walk away, and there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The main sights were a bit further, but as a result, the neighborhood was quieter and less stressful for us. Good communication from our hosts and great food suggestions.

We had a family of 5 staying here so all rooms were used as bedrooms, meaning no “living room” to hang out as a group in. Not a problem If you are like us and out exploring MOST of the time. We loved having 3 bathrooms and access to a washing machine. Also loved that each room had its own heating system (as I am always cold and the kids are always hot). The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make small meals. The location was not close to any tourist areas at all, however very close to bus and metro lines which we used daily. There were a few markets close by and a bunch of restaurants for dinners. The apartment manager left a list of recommendations for restaurants and we utilized that a lot. We walked around both mornings and night and always felt safe in the area.

The property was exactly as posted without a single disappointment. Lots of small shops and restaurants in the area. Irina was always quick to reply when we were booking and she met us at the door when we arrived. She arranged a driver for trips to and from airport and cruise port. Time is very fluid in Italy and driving is not for the faint of heart.

A nice clean apartment on the first floor of an apartment. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was a nice set up for a family stay. Good restaurants and conveniences nearby two blocks from the metro. Irina helped us by arranging a ride from the airport, and was great with suggestions. Fully recommend.

Irena was a wonderful host who helped out immensely upon our arrival. My mother and father were in a separate taxi from myself, my husband, and our children. She was feeling ill from our travels, and Irena met her right at her taxi to ensure she was escorted to the property safely. The property itself was full of helpful maps and books about Rome. It was clean. There were small snacks, coffee, and wine waiting for us, which is always nice after a long day of travelling. There is a grocery store right across the street and another a few blocks away. There were restaurants in walking distance. This is a wonderful property that I would stay at again. Thank you, Irena!

Fabulous Home, Highly Recommend
This apartment is spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again! The host is helpful and thoughtful, leaving us with lots of info and ample supplies for our stay. The location is quiet and very close to the metro and several must visit places in Rome. Our family of 5 was very comfortable thanks to the size of this rental and the three large bathrooms. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again!
