Oct 13, 2019After a 3.5 hr drive, I was informed that I wouldnt be staying at this location due to a water pipe break. They booked me another room at another location an additional 15 min out of the way w NO ATTEMPTED TO NOTIFY OF THIS CHANGE. UNACCEPTABLE.
