Wasn't overly quiet. Lots of door slams in hallway and feet above us at all hours. The room was very small, but had all necessities. Breakfast was average for 3 star hotel continental breakfasts.

The hotel no longer has a separate shuttle to Mayo. There is a shuttle that runs to several hotels and takes an hour to go the 3 miles to the hospital.

Before you book first check to make sure no large groups are also staying. Sports tournament group of high school girls and their families were also staying - noise levels were insane all hours of the day and night. Staff did nothing to address any complaints. Running the halls yelling and throwing equipment around. Breakfast area was empty and destroyed by this group as well. We were in town for a family wedding and was a horrible experience.

This Hampton Inn was smaller rooms. Seemed to tight . No room around the beds. Not as nice as other Hampton Inns. Seemed like tgey really cut corners building it.

Second time staying here in a month. Came back for the hotel is very clean and well run. Only complaint is the pool is small and there were no towels left.

The price from the room was great, but as they say you get what you pay for and that is true here. The night shift front desk gentleman was not the most friendly or personable person. The toilet paper holder in our bathroom was so loose that the roll of toilet paper wouldn't even stay on it. The bathroom sink faucet was terrible as there was no water pressure at all. The water came out in a very soft rain like method.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel! Loved the swimming pool area and hot tub! Rooms were quiet and had wonderful darkening shades to keep light out. I would definitely stay here again.

The man that checked us in was really friendly. The rooms were clean and updated, the pool was also clean. Breakfast was nice.The only downfall is the sliding door for the bathroom. Not a fan.
