Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Boa noite, insatisfeita com a hospedagem, quarto e banheiros sem iluminação adequada, cozinha suja. Em relação ao atendimento fiquei super satisfeita quanto ao Guto, que foi muito atencioso e prestativo todas as vezes que precisamos, diferente da esposa dele a vanessa que não foi nada educada desde o primeiro contato, devido uma situação com o ar condicionado me constrangeu na frente de outros hóspedes esse é o principal motivo pelo qual não voltarei la e nem recomendo, se fosse pelo atendimento e atenção apenas do Guto estaria sim muito satisfeita mais infelizmente aconteceu esse episódio desagradável.
