That it is in a business are which is quiet. To whoever owns this property they need to take some time to do some upgrading. I was at this hotel years ago when it first opened and it needs some work done to it.

There was rude staff that continued to disrespect my children. The room was dirty the first day we arrived like glass or stone on the bed and things under the bed. They also said they offer breakfast when I booked the reservation than told me breakfast is extra when I arrived.

Went to check in they told me that no room was ready. The front desk let us know that we could leave our bags in the locked room and check in after we returned from our concert. We returned from the concert the front desk told us that Expedia cancelled our reservation because a card was declined. We were also told Expedia tried to call me which did not happen. We were told there was no room for us. Absolute worst service and completely unacceptable to just not have a room for us. I will never book with this hotel again.
