The room next to me had seven dogs in it. Who in their right mind let anybody have seven dogs in a hotel room? Imagine how little sleep I got with seven dogs barking.

If you would of let us know about the problem we could of fix the problem by switching rooms or calling the guest with dogs to keep it down. Please rest assured that this is below our standard, and should you give our property another chance, we would do what we can to improve upon your last impression.

Great hotel for families with kids or who want to have a lively time. The pool area is great and there aren’t over-bearing rules. The green belt and river walk are right off the property. Bikes are available to guests. Walking or riding distance to tons of restaurants and coffee shops. The bar/restaurant are open late with live music so great if you are looking for night life. Riverview rooms are the quietest but Dont stay here if you want peace and quiet. It’s not the place for that.

Open wires showing in steam room . No light in the sauna fixture like it was missing . The room had fleas I arrived late on Friday around 11pm the night of my booking . I told the front desk first thing in the morning. They insured me they would spray and clean and change all bedding. When I around back Saturday evening after spending all day at the ball fields I was hoping to come back to a solved solution they told me no one had delayed the message and the night person was there by themself and there was nothing they could do about it . So thankful I had air mattress in my car I brought in and slept on for the night . I told the front desk I the morning about the issues it was a big deal to her she didn’t apologize. I just said she would look into it .

Poor upgrades, bathroom door didn't close all the way, big gap in the main door and frame, fridge made a very loud noise that kept me up, people yelling outside the room past 11p both nights. Way to over priced.

The very unfriendly desk clerk informed us that they had no king riverview rooms, even though we had a reservation for one. He told me king riverview rooms do not exist. Verbatim. If you look at expedia and look at the hotels site, the room choices are different. We were put in a room in the front of the hotel and listened to traffic all night. There were also traveling sports teams present and even after multiple people complained the teenagers were running, skateboarding and screaming along the corridors well after 11:00 pm. I contacted expedia to resolve the room issue immediately upon check in and they offered me a 25.00 credit. Wow. This morning at check out the clerk told me they DO have riverfront king rooms, and as we were talking the teenagers were again running around with no supervision. I understand that there can be mix ups in reservations but the hotel did nothing to even try and accommodate our reservation. No apology, no attempt to correct it. Just the comment that I was wrong and the room didn't exist before dismissing me. I suggest calling ahead if you book to be sure what they advertise is what they offer.

Walking trail by river was pretty. Building maintenance was meh. Needs some work. People next door to us had yappie dogs. The restaurant in the hotel was more of a bar. Food was not good and was over priced!

Staff were not at the front desk every time I was needing staff assistance. Room had a few issues: small tear in the fitted sheet, missing tile baseboard in the bathroom, loose toilet paper holder, light bulb out in a lamp, worn door seal that let in light under door and a musty smell when I first went in the room. And toilet paper was cheap single ply.

Even though this property seemed to be renovated, there were lots of unfinished parts of the room. The beds were super hard. The staff wanted to charge me a $25 fee for checking in early and the hotel was barely booked…

The river walk was super. Basketball court, video game room, shuffleboard, foosball and pool table all onsite! It was recently remodeled and they did pretty well! Toilets need adjustment. Bunk beds are cheap and squeaky, but mattresses are comfortable. Found a pillow that worked. Breakfast was pretty standard, but better than many properties.

This hotel has the potential for so much more. I booked my stay through a third party and when I arrived at the hotel, they did not give me the room that I paid for. Their whirlpool tub was out of order and instead of only charging me for the room that I received, they refused to, and kept my money for the room that I originally booked.

There were no garbage cans in the rooms at all. There was an electrical outlet behind the TV stand that was not properly secured to the wall. The floor going from the room towards the bathroom was slanted. The coffee was gross. The bartenders at the restaurant part were very nice and so was the staff. But property was meh

The kitchen sink was plugged and standing water. Dishwasher had 3" black mold water. Jetted tub had 6" crack. No tray for coffee maker, was given 2. One was too small, the other to large.

More than we expected.
After reading some of the reviews before booking I was a little apprehensive. However, the hotel is great! Breakfast was substantial, the room looked like it had been recently refurbished, and the personnel were friendly and welcoming. We were not able to make use of the amenities as our stay was short but there were many and we will look forward to availing of them on our next visit.
