The place is a road stop . That’s it , installation are very old and poor .
However I just spends 5 hours there to continue my trip but I think was ok for the money .

The room was spacious but the furniture was noticeably dirty.
It was very clean and well kept. The front desk lady was not friendly at all. Very judgmental and complained about the guests the whole time of my stay. No matter how clean a place is, peace and relaxation is still required!!

I thought that the overall cleanliness was pretty good until bedtime. I found what I believed to be blood drops on the inside pillowcase that had seemed to be laundered. I called the front desk to get this problem resolved, the lady on the phone was extremely defensive and told me that they didn’t have spare pillows but I I wanted I could come to the front office and get a clean pillowcase to put on myself!! I was beyond frustrated! Place needs updating as far as the vending and laundry are. They could also use a fresh new paint job!

When we checked in Hannah was great. However Expedia didn’t have an area to mark we had a dog with us so that delayed checkin slightly. We get to our room and it was decent. Not the best and not the worst. Our problems were the toilet seemed broke because if you used it, it ran and appeared to leak a little on the floor.

The hotel is very nasty ! The lady had a problem with “black people”.. she was nice upon greeting but called us at 5 am in the morning about a noise complaint that clearly wasn’t correct. She called twice about “noise” I proceeded to check out early and the lady had an even bigger attitude.. the room was nasty af the sheets were not washed and the room itself was dusty and musty , I wouldn’t let rats live there!

This motel is being changed from a Best Western to a Red Roof Inn, which we didn't know when we booked. It was quiet (only 3 other cars in the parking lot) and fairly clean but below what we expected. If we had booked for more than 1 night we would not have stayed here. The lady at the reception was nice and there are lots of amenities in the area.

Needed a hotel close by to Jackson the night before surgery. Decided on BW. The last are Check-in was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Had a handicap room. Only thing we could have used an accessible shower instead of a bathtub but we made it work.

Mold in the room, smell so strong of mildew, spiders in room and dead roaches. Bunch of dust and dirt under the ac unit. Guy was nice about it but with our kids we refused to stay
Open space was great and location is convenient, but linen and towels given were stained. I asked a new sheet, but also stained. I know that Best Western is not five-star hotel. But this is not the Best Western level.
