The property was quite adequate for our stay. Excellent for a small group of folks or family. Two bedrooms, bathrooms, full kitchen and in unit stackable laundry make it nice and convenient. Prepare for an unusual, arms length check-in. There will be a number posted on what had been an office door.

Great stay!
The inside facilities are excellent, spacious. The interior is very nice, exactly the same as the unit we stayed in years ago. My only suggestion would to have furnished regular coffee grinds to go with the coffee maker that was provided. Also, I did not receive (I think) the login procedure for entry, and it took a while for the property manager to find our reservation when we called about the entry code. Lastly, the exterior of the units seem to be in need of a paint job. All these are VERY minor issues; we very much enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again.

Conveniently located to restaurants. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms were comfortable. Staff were very service focused and helpful. Communication was immediate and directed. Pleased with the kitchen and washer/dryer.

Nice place to stay in Reno
Great facility. I was confused on how to check-in (I'm sure it told me in their description that I didn't read...). It is an unmanned facility and contact is by phone/text. Once check-in was solved, I found that it was a great place to stay (a bit dated, but I'm good with that).

Dated bathrooms, decor. Pot holes in parking area. However, can’t beat the convenient location, park like setting (front buildings), comfortable and spacious living area. Fully stocked kitchen. It worked well for family gatherings. Will stay there again when visiting Reno.

Club Lakeridge - Quiet and Comfortable
We were there for Hot August Nights and the location was perfect. Despite having a busy road nearby, the location was nice and quiet with the trees and walls. Just about anything we need for cooking or cleaning was available. The beds were comfortable, the number of towels and linens was adequate, and all appliances and outlets worked. Talked with the folks at the "front desk" only twice on the first day, and they took care of what we needed. We aren't high maintenance guests, so we didn't have a lot of needs for our stay. When we come up next year for Hot August Nights, Club Lakeridge will be number one on our list of places to check.

Such a perfect place for our volleyball tournament at the convention center. Lots of options for dining, easy to get to grocery store and the convention center. Management made it very easy to check in and out!

Good alternative to casino hotels
Overall the property is okay. A lot of space, the kitchen and bathrooms are nice. It was worth the price and away from the casinos. The location is centrally located and accessible. The address for the property is not accurate as construction has changed the access. I am not a fan of the checkin process. It is over the phone as there is not anyone on property. There may be a World Mark affiliation, but it is not run like any other World Mark I have experienced.

Most everything went smoothly. No one was in the office, but a call to the phone number we were given got us the lock combination. No wifi password posted in the apartment, but a call to the concierge got us that. Overall, the stay was excellent.

We had an excellent stay at Club Lakeridge. It was extremely clean and comfortable. A wonderful surprise was the clothes washing machine and beautifully welcoming set up. The experience was more like apartment living and I would recommend staying for either a brief or long term.

I was pleasantly surprised on entering the condo - very clean, spacious, and welcoming. The office staff member who helped me get access to my keys on the phone was outstanding - very friendly and hospitable. I only stayed two nights but will be returning to stay longer as this space has a full kitchen, fireplace, and two full baths and would be perfect for a longer stay. Despite the amenities being temporarily closed for renovations, I was able to walk across the street and grab coffee in the morning, then head out for a lovely walk that felt safe as this property is in a nice area. Also easily walkable to a larger shopping center with many food options. Overall, I highly recommend!

Wonderful Place to Stay
Stayed at this place about 3 years and this will be my definite place to stay when visiting Reno now on. Place feels like home since it’s more of apartment setting and not a hotel. Very quiet and safe place to stay. Only thing I would recommended is place needs a little TLC. Sliding glass door was very hard to open and close. Sliding glass door was never like that when I first stayed at place 3 years ago(stayed at same unit this visit). Some of outlets were not working in bedrooms. Overall, myself and my daughters really enjoyed at this place and highly recommended for those looking for a place to stay that feels more like a home where you can enjoy cooking home meals, relaxed in living room, enjoy nice walks in safe neighborhood, and sleep in own bedrooms. Bonus plus is this place has 2 full bathrooms and full kitchen and dinning room…

Nice, comfortable, roomy. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of dining close by. The sliding door to the balcony could use a little work, and the button for the jacuzzi tub was broken, but overall a wonderful place to stay. Will keep this place in mind for our next trip to Reno.

This location is in the heart of the upscale Lakeridge area. Very safe and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and even downtown plus other casinos. The only detraction is the exterior is in need of some sprucing. Paint is peeling and the parking lot is dirty. We drove in and thought oh oh maybe this is not a good place. However upon entering it was another story altogether. It’s a former two bed two bath condo block. Beautifully renovated inside with a full kitchen comfy beds and pullout sofa. We were four guys for a bachelor weekend. We were able to buy food from the local grocery store and cook it in the fully equipped kitchen even with a dishwasher. It was literally like being home. The cost was fantastic for what you got and the staff were very friendly.

Although the outside of this property was a little run down and dirty, the apartment itself was clean, spacious and convenient. The kitchen was well appointed, plus it had a washer and dryer. The total cost was less than a Reno hotel would be, and it was a great value. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Reno.

This had to be one of the best stays we have ever had! The room(s) were spacious, and it included everything we could possibly need. The air conditioner worked well (it was 100 degrees). The staff (Samona) was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. We will definitely recommend this to friends!

Perfect amenities for a long weekend!
Realizing we were going to be in Reno for an extended weekend for a basketball tournament we realize we did not want to stay in a hotel/casino. This location was beyond perfect! It was everything we needed. Having the two bedrooms was a nice separation and having two bathrooms is key! The couch is comfy and my 13-year-old daughter slept on it great! The living room kitchen area was large enough we even had a few basketball families over to play Xbox one evening. Yes the outside looks a little bit run down and the grounds were unkept but the inside of the unit was perfect!

Great little place
Our unit was super clean and very quiet. Was slightly concerned there would be traffic noise as very close to major road, but no issues with noise. Decor is a bit outdated, but everything was clean, comfortable and functional. Some reviews mentioned slow wifi, but we did not experience this at all. Check-in was a bit confusing, as there is no one on property. We arrived late evening, and there was no answer at the number given for check in; however, property had texted us lock box code earlier in the week, and everything we needed to access our unit was in the lock box, and we just checked in the next morning. Really enjoyed the quiet peaceful atmosphere, while still being just a few minutes from convention center, casinos, shopping and restaurants.

This hotel/apartment was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen for my family of 4 staying for 4 nights. There were a few downsides- the WiFi was almost nonexistent and I had very poor cell service in that area. The building needs maintenance and upkeep as does the grounds and landscaping. The unit is dated with some minor updates. The TV did not receive all the channels indicated on their list. Despite this, I did enjoy the space and comfort of an apartment rather than a hotel room.
