could not order food such as a sandwhich when we arrived and evening meal has to be pre booked. I think this should be flagged up. when you see a restaurant in a hotel you expect they can do food and light bites. nice staff good facilities. couyld do with a fan in the room, very hot on top floor

Very Good Hotel
Generally very good but had to park down the road. I had asked for a parking space before the trip. Also, no USB charging points in the room. Plenty of unused sockets. Couldn't they switch one to a USB. But generally we really liked this hotel and the location was very convenient.

Convenient to train and town
Stayed 2 nights. Reasonably comfortable, modern and spacious room, meriting its 4 star-rating. Pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent Scandi-breakfast offering a wide choice and a good start to the day. The hotel is very convenient for Randers Train Station (2 minutes walk) and only a 5/6 minutes walk into the centre of town. A bit pricey, but not a lot of choice in Randers.

Due to COVID, the restaurant was unfortunately closed. The pillows are pretty hard, the sheets are rough but hey - I survived.

The rooms are modern, clean, but a bit on the smaller side. The breakfast buffet is a bit limited with food options, this could be to the current situation. They charge extra for a cappuccino. Parking is free, but very limited. Be sure to register your car with reception, otherwise you will be fined and the hotel cannot help you. I will not stay at this location again due to two factors. For one, there was no air conditioning in the room and overnight the room felt quite warm. Open a window you might say. Well that was the second problem. The hotel is next to a busy street. So opening the windows invited all the lovely sounds of automobiles passing by. I had to choose to either be in a hot room or a loud room. Not a choice one should expect when staying at a hotel.

Rooms were beautiful. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Included breakfast delicious. Scrambled eggs and bacon and bread especially good. Short walk to groceries and into old village with cafes and sights.

Gorgeous but noisy
Gorgeous hotel! Very friendly service, beautifully renovated interior. The location was, on the other hand, not great. We overnighted on a hot night and had to have our windows open. I barely slept for the extremely active highway where busses and semi trailers barrelled past at high, room-shaking speeds all night right next to my windows and beautiful little french balcony. unfortunate because everything else about this place was really wonderful. My brother and sister in law had a perfect night on the opposite side of the building, so not really much one can do. Didn’t think to ask for a fan so I could keep everything closed, read in previous reviews that this might have been an option so might have made all the difference. Great breakfast, too!!

Overall i was happy with my stay although the disappointing thing was the lack of proper evening meal service on the weekend. If you wanted food you had to go out and find it yourself

My 3 night stay at the Best Western was great. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean and nice room, breakfast was great and proximity to the train station was great. I was travelling for business and had issued with my laptop. Would have been nice to have a business centre for assistance, but I was able to sort out my issue when I visited the partner I was seeing.

It’s an old building that’s been modernized. Did not like variety of food at breakfast. I didn’t eat much and there wasn’t anything for me to Sri o that I had at previous hotels: smoothies or a a full fat milk (2%). Very nice staff and very nice property.

Decorated to look very modern. They will give you a fan for your room if you need one. I found its very quiet except when somebody on the floor opens or closes their door - your door jerks like someone is coming in. Breakfast is ok but felt a little lacking. Croissants were excellent.

Hotel is walking distance from the train station. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean, and comfortable. My only issue was that the bathroom was small for an executive room, but since we were only there for an overnight stay it was not a big problem for us. Breakfast was excellent.

Great boutique hotel
Across the road from Randers train station and a short 10 minute walk into town this hotel is in ideal location if you are travelling for business and even leisure. The rooms are well decorated and a good size. The public areas and restaurant are lovely and breakfast was excellent.

The stay was wonderful, staff great and the breakfast was good. You can't beat this location. One big problem is parking though, which can't really be fixed. Parking lot about the size for 15 cars otherwise you have to park across the street. No AC but nothing in Denmark has AC.

Fantastic place
It was a great hotel, very kind and helpful. Requested a lot and they were airways happy to help us. The food is lovely too. I extended my stay and they were it was no issue and they gave me a new room with more space for a great price.
